The Lighting Gallery

I was looking for a unique light for our dining room. I looked at the big box stores and their options were too streamline and too expensive for what you got. Then I looked online. While I found a lot of unique lights at good prices, it cost almost as much to ship them as the lights themselves! So I decided to try the Lighting Gallery. They didn’t have what I was looking for in store so I was losing hope. Then a lady came and asked if we needed help. She was not pushy or salesy at all. I described to her what I wanted, and she brought me to their catalog, where she turned to a page with several lights that were exactly what i had described to her. She said I could order it and it would come with their freight shipment at no extra charge. The price was incredibly reasonable too. It took 2 ½ weeks for the light to come (which I think is great for Alaska) and then they even delivered it to my home in Wasilla for FREE! This is a prime example of good quality, local business. I got my unique light, at the price I wanted with free shipping to my home! My experience with The Lighting Gallery and their friendly staff was superb!

Not impressed. The selection is lacking for bathroom lighting. Customer service was non-​existent. After looking around the store for about thirty minutes we weren’t greeted, nor did anyone bother to offer assistance. Definitely not the way would I run a business! I will not be shopping here or at any of the other lighting stores in town owned by them. Customer service is definitely better at the chain stores in town!
