Anderson Tire Factory

We brought our car in to have two flat tires fixed and they charged us $ 50! I called for a quote once we got home and confirmed with calls to other shops that we were overcharged, and the clerk told me $ 20 a tire! Do not go here, very dishonest.

Redding tire factory does not charge at all! When I called to get a quote they made no mention that there could be additional charges depending on the type of tire. You are right Chris good service isn’t cheap but it is honest. We will not be sending any body your way, in fact we will tell them not to go to you!

We went in with an ’06 cobalt to get an alignment and have our front sway bar replaced. Installation time on the sway bar is 1.9 hours top in the Mitchell labor book. We even gave the manger Jason the instruction sheets from Eibach (
)(which he did not follow). Four hours later we left without an alignment because it took that long for Jason to do a sway bar swap.
He did not give us a work order or estimate. He did not do our alignment because he ran out of time. We tried to schedule our alignment for the following day and he said they did not have time until the following week. He commented to us that he knows never to work on one of these cars again.
After arriving home, we found that we were missing clips that he had removed and did not put back in. We called the owner of the shop the next morning and got an apology along with a list of excuses as to what might have caused it to take so long. The fact that my car was worked on without a work order or the fact that we were missing clips did not seem to matter. We were given excuses as to why this might not have been done.
My theory is the law requires it so there is no excuse not to do it. My advice is if you want a qualified mechanic to work on your vehicle, or you want to have work completed in a timely manner, this is not the place to go.
