Dr Barnet is grate. He took the time to explain to me everything.
The problem I had was his stuff.
I was not called at any time other then when my appointment was coming. I would call and was told my glasses were not in and that I would be called when they came in. I would wait a week and call again. After this happened 2 time they found out that they were sent the wrong
this time I should have been called. i was not. I was told they would be another 2 weeks and that they would call me. After 2 weeks I called and they got a little rude. We will call you when there in. So I waited 1 more week. That when I was told that the lab lost the glasses. They over night them to the office. I got them the next day.
I Belive that the girls in the office dropped the ball. They should have kept me informed. They should have some Kind of way of keeping track of the orders. I understand that the lab had problems. But if they were. Tracking them it would not have taken so long. It took 27 work days. The only call that were made were from me to them. Glasses are a necessity.

Excellent patient care. Always willing to go above and beyond. I work at a nursing home facility & they always cater to the patients who visit or have needs. The staff treat the elderly/​disabled with dignity & respect at all times.

I grew up in Redding and still go to Dr. Bernet for eyecare every time I’m up there! He takes the time to get to know his patients and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his job. They also have a great selection of frames and sunglasses. I HIGHLY recommend him if you are looking for an optometrist in the area.
