If i could give this a zero I would!!! Worst customer service!!! Won’t call me back and I’ve left 3 voice mails. Website is terrible and won’t let you book appointment or contact them! DO NOT waste your time! I bought a gift card over the phone for my mother for a spa day for $ 120. I’m in the military stationed all the way in California and came home for leave for two weeks. I called numerous times because my mother didn’t use the gift card so I wanted to see if I could transfer it to me or if it was even still valid. I left 3 messages and when I called the last time I got a rude woman telling me she contacted the owner… I stated in my voice mails that I was on leave until Jan 5^th. And I told her this when I called and she said they would contact me. They did not contact me. They pretty much just let it ride out until I had to leave oh and I am out of $ 120.00. Rude! Save your time and money and go to massage envy or buy a groupon, I’m sure you will have better luck!!!
