If you want to move to a place that will increase your rent between $ 300 – 600 a month after your lease is up, then move here. Rent is outrageous, they have zero flexibility and loyalty to good tenants because it is a publicly traded company, they make you pay for water and sewer on top of the high rent prices AND you need to give them a 2 month notice to move out yet they only provide you with next years rent increase one week prior to you having to give them a 2 month notice?

I’ve been residing at Avalon Andover, with my dog, for the past three months. During this time, I’ve been extremely impressed by the office staff who continue to be incredibly generous, kind and helpful. In addition, everyone I’ve encountered in the hallways, or on the premises of the apartment complex have all been friendly and courteous. I’m happy here and encourage folks to stop and take notice of Avalon Andover.

I moved in last month — love it here! The community is new, the staff is fantastic. The apartment has everything I need. I feel at home and safe here. Everyone I’ve met is friendly. The fitness center is the best I’ve seen in an apartment complex.
I strongly recommend Avalon Andover to anyone.

My husband and I just moved in, overall a great decision. The community is small, and very friendly. Everyone says hello in the hallway. We have been particularly impressed with the maintenance team. We have had a few small issues that needed to been addressed, part of moving into a new place. They are great, they come take care of things right away and have been extremely helpful and courteous. We have been very happy with the choice to move here…
