We are a family owned business with a trusted reputation in the community and among our peer companies. Greenwell is different than most Realtor firms in that dual agency is forbidden. We are strict buyer brokers for buyer clients and represent only the seller’s side on home listings. This is rare in MN. It allows us to negotiate on behalf of clients with no conflict of interest. Clients can cancel listing at any time.

Established in 1991.

Greenwell Realty was founded in Coon Rapids by Jim Hughes.
