Business Owner

KDA Home Security was founded in 1987, established as a sole proprietorship. Kevin L, owner, president and installer, and his wife Diane continue to maintain the company in this manner and believe in professional sales and service with a personal touch.

We are the typical «Mom and Pop» business, surviving the ups and downs through the years and amassing a clientele base of over 300 customers.

Because Kevin has maintained this philosophy, overhead is kept to a minimum. He is able to offer his customers top of the line equipment at lower than competitive pricing for alarm systems and monitoring. Kevin warranties all his work for one year, is fully licensed (MA License#577-C), and is insured.

We offer ²⁴⁄₇ alarm monitoring based on yearly contracts if customers wish to subscribe, and, unlike other companies, we do not require our monitoring customers to sign extended multi-​year contracts.
