I came to Mike Mimno mid way through my divorce as my first attorney best attribute was cashing my checks but nothing was done in nearly a year. I was referred to Mike by a trusted source and it was the best thing I could have done. My case was in desperate need of attention and he went right to it. He had great communication with me, treated me respectfully, listened patiently and would tell me exactly what we were looking at and how we would get there. He is professional, honest and patient and wish I had known him in the beginning. It was nice to be treated as though you are not just a case but a person. Please do not waste your time dealing with this attorney. I do not have the biggest heart for lawyers by any means, but I have seen what this man has done to one of his «clients» and it just by far is not right. If you would like an ethical person representing you, this is not the person you should be looking at.
