I was looking for someone to fix my watch bracelet and I decided to try this place and I’m very happy I did. The owner? Was very nice and gave me some advice on what to do. The entire staff was very helpful and took there time with me. I highly recommend this place and will go here going forward

This place is really above and beyond the rest. Went in to have some watches repaired and cleaned. Was expecting the triple digit bill i’ve received from other jewelers in the past and was only charged $ 10! Staff went above and beyond to meet my needs and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Highly recommend this place for all your Jewelry needs.

The owner is a real class act NOT!!! Wouldn’t exchange an item my husband bought me because it ‘had been too long’ Shouldn’t you stand behind your product? AND you would think being a ‘fellow Armenian’ he would have helped me out… not looking for special services but come on… he is just rude and a snob!!! Tried him once… back to BARMAKIAN’S

I recently took part in a transaction involving the acquisition of a large, high quality diamond. We consulted with a number of other sources, including well known jewelry stores, and a reputable diamond merchant from Boston’s Jeweler’s Building. We choose to use Steve Nazarian of Nazarian Jewelers, Andover, MA. We were impressed with his knowledge of fine diamonds and his integrity.

Recently I brought in a chain to be shortened to Nazarian Jewelers. Due to happenstance beyond their control, the chain wasn’t delivered to the store by their closing time on the promised date.
Steve Nazarian delivered the chain to my home that evening, well after their closing time, so that I would have it for the following morning when I needed it. He refused payment because of the delivery issues.
This is an example of the outstanding customer service that I have experienced every time I have entered that store. From replacing a watch battery, to purchasing a gift, the care and respect a customer receives there is unmatched.

Wonderful people. I took some antique family jewelry that left Europe during the wars and they immediately identified it. Gave me lots of history on the origin of the pieces. They admired the jewelry and pointed out all the expert handiwork. Stressed the uniqueness of the pieces. Never dwelled on the commercial value. They made excellent suggestions for preserving the jewelry. They thanked me for showing them this interesting piece of history. I feel very proud to be wearing this jewelry. Wonderful staff at Nazarian Andover store.
This was the exact opposite reaction to a neighboring downtown (highly rated) Andover jewelry store where a number of staff pointed out the jewelry short comings and belittled it’s value. I never will be a customer of theirs

Their jewelry is beautiful, prices are very fair and Steve will work with you to find (or design) the perfect piece within your budget! I’ve purchased many items over the years in Salem and Andover (haven’t been to their Newburyport store yet). My 18k pink tourmaline/​diamond and 18k garnet /​diamond rings are still my 2 favorite pieces of fine jewelry and I get compliments every-​time I wear them!
