It was worth the drive from Metrowest to Andover! Huge selection of fabulous jewelry. This is not a chain, but a family-​run business that has been in business for over 50 years. The owners take pride in their business and deserve their reputation for customer satisfaction. They are honest and a pleasure to deal with. The salesmen are very low pressure. It was an extremely nice (and fun!) experience. We bought a Cartier watch at a very fair price. May they stay in business for at least another 50 years!

The highlight of my summer was getting engaged and during Royal’s summer sale! This was the first place my fiancé and I looked for rings and it was obvious it was going to be the last. They had posted all their «sale» jewelry on their website, and after months of trolling their Facebook page I had a half dozen rings, some on sale and some not, that I knew I had to try on and see if they were «my ring.»
I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt comfortable talking what I liked and also our budget. I worked with Giao and she made it so effortless. She was so educated and had answers to all of our questions. We ended up deciding on a ring from their summer sale and got a such a stunning piece for a stellar price.
We, just today, stopped by again to browse wedding bands and worked with Nolan. Again, the decision felt effortless. There is so much to choose from, but the associates have such an eye and listen to what you say that choices are quickly narrowed down and your pick is easy.
I had always thought Royal was COMPLETELY out of our budget, but don’t be fooled… There is something for everyone. I found my perfect ring, our perfect wedding bands, and can now say we have a «jeweler.»
I’d like to also add that I had emailed Giao for an appraisal and also had a few questions after I had taken the ring home. All emails were promptly answered, as was the appraisal emailed and sent by mail.
We couldn’t be happier and we will return.

Gil was everything you’d want or need in a salesman, ask for him by name if you are looking to make any jewelry purchases. Great selection of merchandise in the store and Gil delivers excellent customer service.

Royal Jewelers staff are amazing. I recently got engaged and was recommended by Lucy who works there to stop by. My Fiancé and I walked in and everyone working that day were very inviting and helpful, especially Trisha, she helped us with our wedding bands. I was a little hesitant with getting the right bands but she was very knowledgeable and matched my engagement ring with the band perfectly. I would recommend Royal Jewelers to everyone, especially if there getting married.

This store is most disappointing and expensive (for the quality). I bought a ring a few years ago which has not held up as expected and when I brought it back within a few weeks they wanted to charge me to refinish it. I have also had watch batteries replaced, something that must be done by authorized dealers and again they charge too much, take too long and the batteries have a short life. I always see the rave reviews but just don’t understand them.

Royal Jewelers is fantastic. My engagement ring (which I have had for 5 years) might just be, aside from my husband, my favorite thing in the world. Having worn it every day for five years the Rhodium plating over the white gold had worn off and the platinum prongs were getting loose so having it fixed was a must. The thought of having to leave it anywhere was nerve-​wracking to say the least.
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable with my decision to have the ring fixed. The clerk talked me into having my wedding band done at the same time so they would match and he was absolutely right.
The quoted time to get the services performed was two weeks. They called four days early to let me know that my rings were all set. I could not believe how wonderful they looked when I picked them up. They looked brand new! I will be back to purchase something pretty very soon!

Royal Jewelers is AWESOME! It’s pretty much the only place my family and I come for jewelry. It is a family business owned by a brother and sister team. Steve (one of the owners) has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to find me pieces that I’ve had a hard time finding!
There is such a laid back, relaxed yet ELEGANT vibe here. All of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely my go to place for jewels!!!
