History

Established in 2009.

I had been working as an aesthetician and makeup artist in the area at a well known salon for 10 yrs when I decided I wanted a change. Jan. 2009. Everyone I could think of encouraged me to keep doing what I was doing, but make it my own! I had more help than I could imagine from everyone that believed it could happen. Tears come to my eyes when I think of it. I opened Starlet on a wish and a prayer July 4^th 2009. My goal was to a have warm, fun, inviting parlor. I wanted to create a space that not only is everything I love, but I wanted to be able to give detailed personal attention to every individual that walked in the door. I like challenges and details as a result we have become experts at niche beauty/​spa services. There are 5 of us now that provide services to clients and 3 hosts/​receptionists.
