I purchased my first bike from the Cycle Exchange in Andover. Brandy was my salesperson and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and to make the sales process very easy. Really great experience.

I haven’t had anywhere near the good experiences here as the other reviewers.
I was shopping for a Yamaha Viking EPS last year. I went to them with a written price quote from a dealer 2 hours away. I offered to pay The Cycle Exchange $ 500 more because they were only a few miles from my house and it would save me a lot of time and gas. Not only did they turn me down, which was fine, but they wanted $ 2400 more for the same vehicle.
A few months later I decided I wanted some better tires. Once again, The Cycle Exchange was horribly overpriced. They wanted $ 900 for the tires mounted on my stock rims. I bought them elsewhere on brand-​new rims for $ 600.
I have now stopped by twice for basic maintenance parts. On both occasions they haven’t had what I needed.
I have honestly tried to buy local and will keep trying. If they do something right from my point-​of-​view, I will happily update this review.

Being a female and walking into any dealership is nerve wracking, not the cycle exchange! Everyone is so helpful and so eager to please because they WANT to nothing fake about it! My salesman was Joe and I couldn’t of been more happy with him! He went above and beyond for me and I feel that shouldn’t go unnoticed. I bought my grizzly 450 from him about 2 months ago and he just recently called me and asked me how everything was going with my quad, (of course I totally am in love with it) that never happens. He is a great guy definitely go see him for your next toy! Thanks again Joe! You rock!!! I’ll be back in the spring for my next toy!

This place has a NO HAGGLE POLICY up on the front door. There really isn’t haggling about the prices, since their bikes seems to be priced fair. They will work hard to sell you a bike and they are very honest! I highly recommend this place!
