I was trying to park in front the UPS store dropping off a package. A gentleman in their uniform saw me as he was walking in, and came over and offered: «I will take it in. Would you like a receipt? I will bring it out» with friendly smiles. Am floored! He just made my day!

Ever since the new owners took over I go here for everything, even US postal services. The owner is outside waiting to help with your packages, the staff is friendly, funny and happy, and the prices are very reasonable.

It he would not get paid. Told him I had shipped 6 or 7 packages from the Gloucester UPS shipping. My Amex info on the form. This rude individual needs some help!

Unbelievable experience! My sister lives in Bufalo and my Mother had a TON of gifts to send… no blink of an eye, or eye roll or any problems whatsoever… they looked at everything, picked a box, taped it shipped it and we were out of there in under 10 minutes. Under no circumstances will i ever ship from anywhere else again. The customer service was SUPERB.
