Established in 1971.
The Meier family owned and provided storage on this property as well as operating other businesses here. In 2010, the Snyder family purchased the property and continue to manage it.

Business Owner
Penni has been in the real estate management 20 years. She was co-manager of a Key West apartment complex for 13 years. This is her fourth year as co-cowner and manager of AAA Wildcat Self Storage.
Penni grew up and graduated here in Angleton.
