Andrew Schiller is originally from West Michigan. He lived in Ann Arbor from 1993 – 2003, as a Professor of Music at Siena Heights University and Adrian College. From 2003 – 2015, Andy was a landlord and Real Estate investor in the competitive Boulder Colorado Market. He learned the Boulder Listing Style, which landed him 85 tours opening weekend and multiple offers $ 30k over asking price. He has now returned to Ann Arbor Michigan to stay.
