Elvis took my senior portrait with a group of friends. He made us feel comfortable posing however we wanted. He can capture good lighting and his camera makes you look great (color saturation, definition, focus). He is very patient and really caters to what you want for the shoot.

My friends and I just recently had our graduation photoshoot done by Elvis, and I have to say, Elvis is my favorite photographer by far. He is such a professional photographer, he knows the best lightings and the best angles to capture each moment during the shoot. We all felt very comfortable to try out different poses to make the most out of our photoshoot. It was such a fun experience and I am very satisfied by how the pictures came out. Yet again, I had a beautiful and fun graduation photoshoot with Elvis. I love the quality of all the shots: the colors are soft and natural, it makes your skin look flawless and radiant, and Elvis knows which angles are best. I just had an amazing photo shooting experience with Elvis Yu last week! Elvis is such a professional photographer with great passion and care. He will make sure you get what you want!!! I might be a tough customer, but with Elvis, I had no problem at all. I asked him to edit the photo over and over again, and he was very willing to help me with that. Definitely would recommend this to my friends. If you want to take good senior portrait, wedding pictures etc. This is your best option！

I was very glad that Elvis was available to take my wedding pictures. I chose him at the beginning because of his reputation in Ann Arbor area and his rate. The more I communicated and worked with him, the more I found out that he was very patient and nice, he tried to accommodate my schedule, he was very easy going with any particular photograph requests we may have had, he enjoyed his work, and he was very prompt with communicating with us. The whole family had so much fun working with him. I am totally going to have him again for family pictures in the future.

The most memorable photo shooting experience I’ve ever had! I first came across Elvis’s photos on Facebook and had been thinking about doing one with him ever since. Elvis is very kind, funny, and most importantly, very professional. I was a little nervous at first and didn’t know how to pose naturally, but Elvis was extremely patient and he made me laugh so many times. He picked me up from my apartment, asked for my opinions on picture styles and location preferences. He was definitely well prepared — he had all his equipments ready and switched lenses multiple times to fit the lighting.
Many of my friends also chose Elvis for their graduation photo shooting, and they were all very pleased with their experiences. If you’re planning special events, or simply just want some quality pictures like I do, Elvis is the person to go to!

Elvis Yu is a really talented, professional, and passionate photographer!
I tend to tense up posing in front of a camera… Instead of taking photos of me looking nervous, he told me to just do whatever I want and took candids! He helps me to become a lot more comfortable in front of the camera and is always really patient!
And he’s very good at touching up photos without making them look too photoshopped!

Elvis is a really awesome photographer. He won’t ask you to do any awkward poses. Instead, you can move, walk, jump and laugh as you usually do and he will capture the most natural and beautiful moment of you. My appointment with him was very early in the morning, but he still performed very professional. I was very satisfied with the photos, and the price is quite reasonable.

Amazing experience! My boyfriend and I had our graduation shoot with Elvis and it turned out to be the most natural, relaxing shooting experience that I have ever had. He is absolutely professional, patient, kind, and also funny. The entire process turned out to be really fun, which I didn’t expect at all.
We used a «prop», a whiteboard, and every time we went to a venue, I wrote something on the board, which was so time consuming. But he was very patient, and more importantly, managed to choose a great angle such that both the board and the background were taken into consideration.
They really liked our ideas and photoshopped an extra one for us, for free! Who would have a problem with that? Just amazing! I highly recommend him! And his assistant Emily is an expert at posing, take her advice! You won’t regret!

My friends and I had our graduation photoshoot with Elvis yesterday, and it was a lovely couple of hours! Elvis is extremely patient and talented, and knows how to work with various lightings and backgrounds. My friends and I are not the most natural models, but he was able to capture flattering photos regardless.
We ended up being able to shoot at all of the spots we had planned, and got some great pictures at a couple more locations he suggested. We really appreciated how Elvis was 100% open to working with our suggestions to realize what we were envisioning.
We were able to view the unedited photos soon after — no waiting in anticipation. Highly recommend his work. Shoutout to his assistant that day, Emily!

Mr. Yu is a very talented and professional photographer. He is very good at capturing sweet moments and exploring the beauty of his clients. He helped us to take our anniversary photos last year, and we were absolutely satisfied with his service. Elvis Yu is a really professional photographer. The prices are very cheap in speaking of the results I got. I am the worst models ever but the pictures turn out so natural and beautiful. I highly recommend you to do an outdoor shooting with Elvis, which is something he specializes in.
I also have friends who did family and group portraits with Elvis, and all held positive comments of the process and results. Highly recommend them for your photoshoots!
