Frisbie Moving & Storage

Our move went off without a hitch! The crew lead by Tony was excellent. Professional, courteous, and efficient. I had never moved out of state before and they took excellent care of us and all of our things. They were the main reason this was as stress free as possible. Tony found out I am a Michigan fan and was able to make arrangements to get the Michigan truck for us – nothing better than rolling into Buckeye country in a U of M truck! The crew had us packed up in a day and loaded everything the next day, we were able to move a day ahead of schedule because of their hard work. We couldn’t be happier with the arrangements and particularly the crew that handled our move. A big thank you to Tony, Todd, Rob, Todd #2 and Jeff!

We have used Frisbie Moving multiple time with little to no problems, but the last time changed our opinion of the company. The previous times had been local Michigan moves, but our last experience was our move out of state. First, the movers were late to arrive to our location. Then, we were notified by the men loading the truck that they were going to deliver the load early because of a change in schedule of the other load on the truck. We didn’t take possession of our new house at that time, so we had to move the time back to what was originally agreed to. At the time they did not mention anything about wait time charges until a $ 350 charge showed up on the bill. Of course we didn’t charge them for our wait time…
I cannot recommend using this mover because of this. It doesn’t make sense that we would be responsible for charges that resulted from a change on their end. If you have to use Frisbie be clear up front who is responsible for what and make sure to take the time to read all the fine print before you sign the papers after everything is delivered. To my mistake I just signed everything so I could get back to trying to get a 4 month old to sleep.
