Description

Specialties

We create and provide the most amazing and creative conference spaces, meeting spaces, office rental spaces to host business meetings and events. We don’t host bridal showers, birthday parties, or wedding receptions.

Our space at GO WMM is designed so that no two meeting rooms share walls and the sound bleed from one room to the other is eliminated.

We’ve included informal break-out spaces so you can quickly disperse to work in small groups and then get back together with the larger group (and don’t have to reserve an extra room). Don’t forget the furniture. We are stocked with ergonomic task chairs versus banquet chairs you’ll find at hotels.

GO WMM has nearly everything you could need to conduct a successful event. We have large video monitors (60″, 70″ and 90″), video conferencing equipment, LCD projectors & screens, microphones, speakers, flip charts, marker boards, markers, pens/pencils, paper, presentation remotes, DVD player, conference phones, strong wireless high-speed internet (and wired, too), copy machine with printing/scanning /faxing capabilities, and toys and games. If you find we are missing something, please let us know and we aim to accommodate your needs.

When you rent from GO WMM you have access to snacks and beverages all day long in the common areas and we supply a light breakfast at no additional cost to your meeting budget.

We added some non-traditional furniture to the space to keep your participants on their toes (mentally and physically)

History

Established in 2015.

GO was created to change the way people think about meetings.

Meet the Business Owner

Karen G.

Business Owner

I attended thousands of meetings during my 25+ years in the corporate world (spanning finance, sales, and operations). A few of the meetings were transformational but most were dreadful. I started wondering how to make the bad ones better and started paying attention to the venues we met in and I decided to create a space to support meetings that matter.

I spent nearly two years researching meetings including why people meet, what goes wrong in the venue, what things are necessary for successful meetings, etc. Out of that research GO Where Meetings Matter was born.
