I received a package shipped from Roanoke, VA; got a call about four days after shipment from ann arbor office, at 8am I believe, for pick up. It took me a while to find the fairy-​door size customer window on fourth avenue, by the parking lot across from AATA bus depot. The guy was very helpful and helped me load the item onto my truck and answered a number of my calls promptly (for direction). I imagine the service would be even better once they are moved. Overall better-​than-​expected shipping service from greyhound.
