Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ann Arbor West

I’ve been to many Holiday Inns this year, mainly express, and this was by far the nicest! Very «green». It helped make a trip that is for less than enjoyable reasons much more enjoyable! Thank you!

My family stayed at this place for 47 nights as we were in the middle of our move. I spent a few weekends here during this time. The manager, Simon is a great guy and he gets a five star rating however based on my interaction with most of staff I am giving this place a maximum two star rating. More specifically I have never seen the guy at front desk that works most evenings smile. Every time I ask him something he gives me the feeling that he doesn’t care and he doesn’t want to be bothered. Other front desk staff seem to be nice but don’t seem to care either but at least they smile. Housekeeping is also very inconsistent. I wish I could give this place a five star rating after spending more than $ 7000 here but most staff except for Simon are one star.
