Mobile device marketing is becoming a critical aspect of an effective customer retention/​customer service program. Our primary offering to local business owners in Washtenaw County, MI is a digital marketing partnership.

Our Ann Arbor City Guide app on iTunes has had about a 1000 downloads in its first year. A 2012 version of the app is once again scheduled to be update right before Art Fair. All local businesses are invited to get listed. Another app in development is for the 2012 Mission Zero Fest.

Our {Rewards} program is a multifaceted digital solution. We combine the headline web site — Buy​Lo​calAn​nAr​bor​.com — with a {Rewards} loyalty card, a buy local {City Guide} app for iPhone/​iPad and a mash-​up (aggregation) of social media entries to build-​up a businesses digital presence. We do this because we believe it’s critical to promote our local merchants thereby strengthening and preserving the area’s local economy and Ann Arbor’s uniqueness.
