We ran into some tire trouble and because my husband and I travel back and forth from south east Mi to south west MI every week, and he leaves his vehicle on the west side we were in a predicament. Luckily the service man was able to pull some strings and CJ was able to pull some major strings, we were able to work things out. Thank you mini of Ann Arbor

I just purchased my first Mini Cooper in Oregon and drove it cross country to Ohio. First order of business was tire rotation/​oil change… so when I took it in. Mike in service was so helpful and explained how the service warranty works and how many things they were going to be servicing for free. I WAS AMAZED at the quality of service and detail… also enjoyed the car being washed before I got it back! You get it Mini and you have a forever customer…

My wife and I purchased a All4 Countryman. We ordered the car, there was constant contact through the whole process, itwas very fun and refreshing to see it through the whole process. The people their were inviting, friendly and more of a team than I have ever seen. Not your typical car dealership experience, be ready to have fun buying a car!

Consistently excellent experience with the service department. Sets the standard that all dealerships should work toward.
Based on my experience with some other local dealerships, I didn’t have high hopes for Ann Arbor Mini’s service department when it was brand new. But I was pleasantly surprised the first time I walked in for some routine service. Over the past year and a half, I’ve had a couple more difficult issues with my 07 mini, and they have never failed to impress me. Cars are very complex these days and while I’ve had other dealerships give up on tough issues and tell me «we can’t fix it» or «that’s normal» on other cars I’ve owned, Mini of Ann Arbor has gone way above and beyond to make sure that I’ve been satisfied with the result.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. I had some major problems with an 05 Cooper I bought from another dealership. I am completely stunned by how far above and beyond just good customer service they have gone for me. They helped make a potentially very ugly situation very manageable. This is a wonderful dealership.
