Mediocre food that gave my friend diarrhea. Although I had had a previously positive experience, the second and last time I went, the cashier was extremely rude to me as well, I had turned my head to look at the menu just to double check what I wanted and she rudely told me to turn my head around. I haven’t come back since that experience and don’t plan on ever coming back.

Don’t get me wrong, I love No Thai’s food, but the service at this location is atrocious. I’ve ordered takeout from this location three times and all three times they’ve said it would be ready in 10 – 15 minutes. All three times it’s taken more than a half hour, and they’ve forgotten my order on two of those occasions. No apology, no coupon, nothing like that. Based on the number of dine-in customers who ordered after me and got their food before me, it’s probably not a bad place to have a sit down meal. I’d still suggest the downtown location over this one though, as I’ve had MUCH better experiences there.

I really like the food but I just can’t tolerate the service. Called in my order, paid, sat down and waited. Another large group came in, ordered and starting getting their food. After a while I was tired of waiting, went to the counter and found out the order HADBEENSITTINGTHERETHEENTIRETIME. No kidding. Won’t be back!

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICETHAT I HAVEEVEREXPERIENCED!!! I originally started going to this location because it is the only No Thai that delivers to the Ann Arbor area outside of campus. However, I eventually stopped using their delivery service after they continued to mess up my order. I’ve worked in the food industry, and understand that orders can be misinterpreted, especially when there is a rush(as with every No Thai this location is often busy), this is not to be expected but is understood. What absolutely INFURIATES me about this location is their horrible customer service. Apparently they’ve never heard of «the customer is always right», and that’s certainly not the attitude they meet you with when you approach them about a discrepancy in your order. If your delivery order is wrong, instead of apologizing for the mistake and offering to drop off the correct order the people working here will give you attitude and imply that you are out of luck, or sarcastically offer for you to come in and trade in your delivery. This completely negates the point of ordering delivery. After my horrible experiences I gave up on their delivery and started ordering directly in person, To-Go. To summarize, I experienced the same negligence and incompetence when ordering directly at the location for TO-Go. The staff here is very bad at conflict resolution and appeasing loyal customers! I WOULDDRIVETHEEXTRAMILEAND .7TOGOTOTHENEARESTOTHERLOCATION! The horrible customer service at this location leaves such a bad taste that you won’t be able to enjoy the food!

I love no thai and this location delivers to my house so I still eat there but they often get something wrong on my order :(Most of the time its just a lack of spice. I order Yoga flame every time and some times there is literally no red pepper in it. Disappointing but fixable and not a huge deal I’d just like more consistency.

I’ve only had take out here. Very good alternative to typical take out. The food is usually pretty good not too greasy and service is very quick.

They took away the extra noodle option. 1 star for that.

I love No Thai. Their food is amazing and their menu is simple but has a lot of options. I love the drunken fried rice and the to-go boxes they give you are really nice. The food service is quick and the atmosphere in the restaurant is comforting.

Overcooked chicken, messy tables, and unbelievably unfriendly staff. What’s not to like? Oh but the rice and brown sauce were great! Such a shame this place used to be great.

I wouldn’t bother trying to order from this place. They’re open until 11. It says they do delivery until 10:45 pm, and they don’t. If its past 9:30, you’ll have some idiot who calls himself the manager tell you over the phone that they don’t want your business.

If feel as if there is so much seating at this No thai location! It’s pretty cool that they have 2 registers so when I gets busy they can take more orders. The music selection is really chill. I had the #12 with chicken and it was amazing. The rice taste so good when it is soaked in the red curry sauce.

While certainly not authentic Thai food it’s not too bad. After a long flight home from Cali I ordered take out late in the evening for potato curry, pad thai and crab wontons. Potato curry was fairly good; potatoes cooked properly and the tofu wasn’t overcooked like they usually make it. Pad thai was the most disappointing. Flavor of the pad thai wasn’t bad but the noodles tasted so incredibly starchy… it wasn’t appealing. The crab wontons were good but could have used more of that luscious filling. Not fantastic but I’d come back.

I like the menu. I like the portions. The crab wantons are amazing. The staff is usually helpful and polite. I have returned multiple times. Their delivery isn’t the best so i would say fight for a spot in the lot to pick your food up.

This is my closest No Thai location, and while the portions vary widely depending on the date & time the order is placed, I generally keep coming back. A few months ago, they moved to online only ordering for the lunch rush. This system is a little less than satisfactory with respect to taking longer to deliver, but I do appreciate being able to review the order in writing and forward it to everyone else in the office ordering. That was, until the other day. A lunch order was placed for delivery around 11 am for an 11:45 delivery. No call from the delivery driver at 11:45. Nor at noon. At 12:10, I call the plymouth rd location and the staff say that the order has been sent out for delivery. Still no call from the driver by 12:20, so I call the restaurant again, got put on hold, and then the call was disconnected. By 12:30, the driver still had not called to say that they had arrived. I call the store, and speak to the manager who offered me a free meal for pickup or dine in, which is fine. The driver finally shows around 12:45 pm, and when he gets to the drop off location, stays in his car for a few minutes doing something on his phone. He does not apologize for being late. Dear No Thai driver, if I could have removed your tip from my CC, I would. I’m not a cheap tipper either, if you had shown up on time, I would have tipped you extra in cash. But you didn’t, and your customer service is crap. I hope my free meal comes directly out of your paycheck.

Always a solid option for one of those lazy days that I don’t feel like making dinner and just want something quick that is non-American fast food. Service is fast and prompt. Spice levels can be inconsistent between varying dishes and chefs. Reasonable quality and quantity. Popular student dining option for a reason.

While I do really enjoy going to No Thai for a quick and yummy lunch, I’ve noticed quite a few inconsistencies. 1) Portions: I seem to get a much larger portion size when I dine-in compared to ordering take-out. This also varies with each visit. It would be nice to get the same portion size with each visit and dining option. 2) Flavor: I love hot and spicy food and have found yoga flame to be hot enough for my liking yet still enjoyable. Unfortunately, No Thai doesn’t seem to think I can handle that level of heat or just simply forgets to add any. This has also happened with the sauce. I’ve received what I described to be we noodles with no heat or flavor before. It’s still a fairly good option for the area. Typically quick with a nice enough staff.

My friends kept talking about No Thai so I decided to try it out. I ended up wasting almost $ 10 for almost nothing. Ordered the Potato Curry and when I received it, the rice was not included, and the takeout bowl wasn’t even half full!(Felt like I only received 3 pieces of potatoes and a few pieces of beef.) Even the food I did receive had a mediocre taste. Of course, I made the mistake of doing takeout and not reviewing my order until I arrived home to eat my meal. By then it was too late to return and I was never given a receipt. To make matters worse, I woke up the next day with an awful stomach ache, and No Thai was my main meal the day before. Certainly not worth the $ 10, you can get a lot more at other Asian restaurants with the same amount of taste and same price.

I find this location to be a little less delicious than the ones in the center of town. The food is just a little less flavorful, the place is pretty consistently covered in leaves or dirt that the wind and patrons bring in, and the location is somewhat inconvenient, especially given that on paper, this seems like a good spot. Get the temperature set to a more comfortable spot, and get a little more zest in the food, and call me so I can give it another go.

This is a good Thai restaurant although I’ve only been here for lunch. They have quite a selection of dishes. The spice heat level is good, I’ve always selected medium so far and it’s enough for me. It’s pretty small place so you want to make sure you avoid rush hour during lunch if you don’t want to wait or order take out. The pad thai was decent but not near as good as the best pad thai I’ve had. Drunken Fried Rice with your selection of meat(or tofu if so inclined) is the best dish I’ve had so far. There are no waiters but that helps keep the price lower. They are friendly and they work fast. Definitely a good lunch spot.
