We use to really like this place but not anymore. We went there last night for dinner and left very disappointed. The place was very dirty and the food was not good. I had the tomato soup which was cold, had to ask to have it warmed up. They got my husbands order wrong. We definitely won’t be returning to this location. The one on stadium is much better.

I frequently go to this noodles and company and the blonde woman with glasses at the register is extremely rude. She doesn’t make eye contact with me and her tone seems as if I am inconveniencing her. The food is decent but the service could use some work

Not sure what youre looking for but this place is all around a bit weird. The food is all over the place, fairly priced but not very good. College food is a solid description

So the food at noodle & company is actually good. The service at this noodle & company is horrid. What appeared to be a manager stood in the line talking about personal stuff while one worker rushed around getting my order together. After waiting over 10 minutes with no orders in front of me I started to look annoyed. When she finally handed me my Order she rolled her eyes and told me to have a nice day sarcastically. Stay away. The one downtown is great.

This noodle and company has to be one of my all time favorites. The customer service is amazing and the management is even better. I came in with a big bowl coupon(BOGO) but realized I didn’t need that much food so I asked if I could sub the Coupon for the regular sized bowls and He said«oh for sure, absolutely. We will hook you up «. I thought that was really nice and appreciated that he let me do that. I ordered three penne rosa’s with Parmesan crusted chicken and feta cheese. As always it was delicious and just the right amount! I will continue to come back every couple of weeks until they give me a reason not to!

I was very optimistic, but my mom requested we have lunch here and it was all around really good, fast/efficient service, food comes out quick and taste very fresh along with good prices; just like me you won’t be disappointed Nick K.

Looks good from the outside… However it did not live up to its looks. Japanese pan noodles way too salty. Tomato basil bisque soup tastes like vodka sauce, too rich and salty. Chinese salad was small but better than anything else. Maybe the other items on the menu are better but not these

Really good customer service. They made me feel welcome. The food was better than expected as this was my first visit. I got my food fast and had two associates come by as I ate to make sure everything was good. They even bus the tables for you.

The food was fantastic and the service was even better — Justin, the assistant manager was really hospitable. Thanks for such a great experience!

I went to the location on stadium today and was disappointed with the takeout. The noodles(both the pad Thai and mine and my husband’s peanut sauté) were bone dry and all together in one clump. I know you can pay for the extra sauce, but there should at least be enough so that the noodles aren’t clumped together. The flavor itself was OK(besides getting a tiny wedge of lime that was so dried out I couldn’t squeeze any juice out, which was disappointing because to me that squeeze of lime makes the pad Thai and peanut sauté), but I’m trying to figure out how I can doctor the noodles so they aren’t so dry. I guess if I ever go back I will have to remember to order extra sauce.

This the second free meal for my birthday in the past year, and it did not disappoint. I had the beef stroganoff and the tomato bisque last year, and it was a memorable one. Today I tried the Indonesian peanut sauté with grilled chicken, and it was delicious! Very flavorful and tasty, spicy, but not overpowering. I will definitely plan to return with my family later!

I like this place. Fast service, and the food is consistently good. I always either get the pad thai or the Japanese noodles and both are always good :)

I’m skeptical about restaurants that seem to serve all of the major cuisines of the world. Noodles & Company has catered events at school before, and was not tempted to eat their food at the time. However, accompanying friends here, I’ve seen more appetizing dishes from them so was open to trying the restaurant myself. I really wanted to try their pesto pasta dish, but the cold weather ultimately swayed me over to the special of the season, the Thai hot pot. The dish came with«Asian flatbread» which was extremely salty! Ohmygosh, the sesame seasoning was good but I could not stomach the sodium – I am assuming someone accidentally overdosed on the salt in the kitchen because I don’t think that amount of saltiness lies within the variable tasting sensitivity among individuals. As for the hot pot, it was adequately spicy and worked to warm me up, but the portion of food was too small for me. It seemed like there were only a few strands of noodles, and not a whole lot of the braised meat either. The curry tasted like a mix to which one simply adds water. Even though I was not satiated by this meal, I still want to try their pesto pasta or a more heavy dish and give Noodles & Company another chance. The total for dinner was $ 9-something, which is not especially cheap. We came for a quick dinner before a UM basketball game, so it suffices if you don’t have a lot of time and don’t want fast food. I would not order a soup-like dish again, but rather a more filling entrée.

The hours listed on Unilocal are wrong. Noodles closes at 9 pm.(not 10pm as listed on Unilocal) So… we wandered in at 9:10 thinking there was plenty of time to eat. Most places would toss you out. Lucky for us — Barry and Barry made a up pad Thai and beef stroganoff that were awesome!!! They were very accommodating. We’ll be back !!!(just during normal hours)

I really like this place. It’s casual and tasty. The menu is not extensive, because I am used to Southern California variety menus. But, being that I was a student and occasionally wanting more than just fries and burger, I was pleasantly surprised at the menu selection here. My favorite was the Pesto Cavatappi, then Penne Rosa, then Japanese pan noodles because they used the thick udon noodles. Now that I am back in So. Cal. I crave the simplicity of running-in, ordering and getting back home with my food! So, the you pick from stages, like size, what noodles, then what meat from what I recall. Sometimes there was a line, but still not too bad of a wait. Oh, the BIG cookie was delicious too. I think it was by the cash register. The parking lot closest to the the door is usually packed and of course that is where everyone wants to park during the snow season. So, plan ahead. I think there was a starbucks next door too?

Friendly and attentive staff. The Thai Hot Pot was very tasty and sufficiently spicy. However, my bowl was light on the noodles leaving me unsatisfied. The Indonesian peanut sauté was also good and had a perfect sweet to spicy ratio.

First time at a noodles and company. I will say I am a fan and will be back. I like they have diversity so someone not as adventurous can find something they will like. I had the Japanese noodles and they had a nice bite… My husband has the curry noodles which he thought were OK …

Maybe I’m ranking 1 star too high, but I feel like in terms of bang for the buck, you’re getting a nice experience. It’s a quick meal, but the staff brings food to the table, they will not accept tips, and they clean up after you. It’s a nice hybrid of fast food with service. The food itself seems to have improved over the last 3 – 4 years. Better ingredients or maybe more spices — tough to know. Regardless, this branch of Noodles and Co. is always a reliable meal that won’t take long or cost much. What’s not to like?

The service took a while, and it was right after they opened. The ‘to go’ crowd was flying through the restaurant though. I think that’s their priority vs. first come first serve. When I was served my bowl, the server had three bowls on his tray, placed mine on the table, and commented that they do accept tips also. Just a heads up if you go there.
