I have only fantastic things to say about Sarah and the Brow Bar. I have Unilocal to thank for finding this hidden gem almost two years ago. Since then, I’ve told everyone I know about Sarah. The booking process is online and super easy and convenient. I’ve gone here for a brow tweeze and tint, but would trust her with any service. She is extremely knowledgable about her field and is always sharing advice, tips and new products. So happy I found this place!

Sarah is amazing and a master of her art. She was able to transform my brows and help them during the awkward «grow out» phase from my yester-​years of the 90’s over-​tweezing era; not only did she color, shape and define them during each stage, but she also provided useful tips and advice on how to apply make up, and what products to use. The salon it’s self is very clean, modern, hip, open, and welcoming. You’ll leave Sarah’s chair feeling a like a brand new person!

I have never gotten my eyebrows shaped before because I’ve heard horror stories about it from my friends. So I’ve been scared of getting mine done. Eyebrows define your overall look. It can either boost up your confidence or lower it.
I’ve thought about getting my eyebrows done but didn’t know where to go. I wanted to clean up my eyebrows before I take my senior graduation pictures, so I did some research and found that Brow Bar had amazing reviews. I was almost skeptical because the reviews were just so positive. So I gave Brow Bar a try.
I was a bit nervous at first but Sarah was so sweet and professional. She is literally the best person to go to if you want to get your brows done.

I had over-​tweezed my brows in my teenage years and because of this, I never had the full brows that I’ve always wanted. Sarah transformed them into these amazing shapes that I thought I’ll never have. She also showed me how to maintain them at home. She’s super chill, patient and knows exactly what brow shapes are best for your face shape. Now I trust her fully to do my brows and no one else!

Best kept secret in Ann Arbor. Sarah is amazing!!! Had the tint and tweeze and was pretty blown away. I have never had my eyebrows tinted and was hesitant but Sarah has a very natural aesthetic and I was more than pleased with how they came out. Super cool and professional atmosphere paired with wonderful service!

Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by the lovely Sarah of the Brow Bar. What a find! First of all Sarah could not be more attentive and responsive. She is charming and knowledgable about many things that interest me. She did a fabulous job on my brows which makes it worthwhile to climb a long row of stairs to get to her office. She is an asset to the small business community of Ann Arbor.

Hands down — amazing. I was in town from New York and my sister suggested getting our brows done. I felt dubious not knowing the services in the area, but after reading the fantastic Brow Bar reviews, decided to take my chances. And, boy — I am so glad I did. The experience was impeccable — I may need to come back to A2 more often just to get my eyebrows done. As for the ambience of the studio — serene, cool, and very modern. The prices are great, and you leave having never looked better. As an Ann Arbor native, I am so delighted with this newest addition to my hometown. Go to the Brow Bar — you won’t be disappointed.

She is just amazing both as a person and at brows. I have been growing my eyebrows out after being guilty of years of over plucking and, thanks to Sarah, they have looked pretty amazing through this awkward phase.
The locale is clean, peaceful, relaxing and easy to get to. Appointments are easy to schedule (online) and change if needed.

i won’t let anyone but sarah touch my eyebrows. she is a meticulous artist who pays attention to the details of your brows, each and every hair. so far i’ve had my eyebrows custom tinted and tweezed by her, as well as receiving eyelash perms.
the price is extremely reasonable for the quality of service you receive. she gives my brows a beautiful, natural shape and color, which gives me a noticeable beautiful change to my face after seeing her. a testament to this is that i notice heads turning to look at me after seeing her, and i am much more photogenic in the pictures i take.
after being to different places around town there is no way i will see anyone else. i trust sarah and her expertise. she’s also just pleasant to be around, i’ve talked to other people who go to her and we all agree that she’s wonderful.
she’s very detailed oriented, not just in the attention she gives your brows, but also the excellent quality of the products she uses and the aesthetics of her awesome, conveniently located space. it feels fresh and welcoming. knowing that she pays attention to these details is part of the trust i have in her, and why she is my only brow person.

Let me start by saying, Sarah West is a brow magician! I’m not blessed with very distinct brows and from what I’ve learned eyebrows are like the curtains to your face — they give you expression, boost and define your face so it’s important to keep them up. After reaching out to Sarah for help, she came along and turned on her brow magic! During her process, she informed me of the products she was using and why. One thing she used was her natural eye and face oil. It’s simple and luxurious without being too heavy. Just a few dabs and I felt like a million bucks! I was completely calm and relaxed and before I knew it, she was finished. The end result was nothing like I had ever seen — my brows went from weak to chic! Full, natural and present! After that first treatment with Sarah, I knew my brows were in good hands! I had to see her again. I’ve gone to her every time for brow and lash treatments and for the eye oil (can’t live without the stuff). I haven’t seen anyone else since. Only thing is that she has clients all over the world and not all can make it to her studio. So you have to catch her when you can!

The growth serum she recommended to me has boosted my brow thickness and lash length. Her training with one of LA’s top brow specialists shows. Sarah works in LA and Ann Arbor, but always works with my schedule. The experience at The Brow Bar is tranquil, high end, and pure perfection!
