This place should not be called urgent care. infact, it should be called non-urgent sit and wait all day care. I went here Saturday with my gf, she basically had a cold where she was feeling symptoms on and off for a week. So she wanted to go to a doctor, so I figured its been a week of these symptoms on and off, lets go to a doctor to see what they can do. We get there around 1:30pm, we didn’t wind up leaving until after 5pm. There were about 5 – 6 people ahead of us in waiting room. This place is just awful, because they purposely move SLOW, they don’t care about you. They purposely move slow, so this way they have less patients to see as the day goes on, and they will discourage people who will eventually leave. There’s 6 people ahead of us, really, how long does it take, to call a patient in, take a blood pressure, temperature, ask about symptoms, prescribe a medication, then send the person on their way? We waited over 2 hours, just to be called in to have blood pressure and temperature taken. My gf saw the doctor for a total of 5 minutes. Why did we have to wait 3 and a half hours for this? I used to work for a doctors answering service, behind the scenes, they don’t care about the patients, they really don’t. The doctors at this place are just hanging out in the back, taking as slow as they can possibly take. They just don’t care. If I was a doctor here, 5 – 6 patients, would be less than an hour wait for everybody. Its not hard work, its really not, taking a blood pressure, temperature, symptom check, medication prescription etc. This is why, I myself, really really avoid going to doctors.

corporate care at its worst! the doctors might be professional and caring but the practice is so understaffed that making an appointment requires a half-hour commitment to being on hold! it’s impossible to get hold of a person to ask questions of and forget it if you really want to talk to a nurse or doctor. this is what is wrong with healthcare in America. suits who are interested in maximizing profit cut every corner possible and leave me thinking I’m insane to use this practice. I’m going to find somewhere else to go.

I recently had my first Urgent Care experience here(it was a Sunday and my doctor was closed) and, overall, it was not great. I was told what I had was an allergic reaction to a bug bite. I was given topical cream and told to watch it over two weeks. I went to my regular doctor today, since I didn’t feel comfortable being shrugged off with the two minutes the doctor looked at my leg and I got better care and better medicine to better remedy my issue in WAY less time than what I was originally told. Not going back, but it was clean and staff was friendly enough.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Especially in the urgent care. I never write reviews like this, but after my last few visits there I felt compelled to. Switched my primary and I will never step foot in their urgent care again either.

I have been coming to this facility since I was a kid. Formally known as HIPSIPP has been renovated and offers the game of services.
