This review is for Dr. Anna Khanh Le and her OBGYN practice.
My wife and I came to this practice when the wife was about 6 months pregnant. At the time, we were going through the process of getting insurance documents after being approved through a health care provider. I brought in our approval letters to the practice to let them know that we were willing to pay out of pocket for the visit and a sonogram. To our surprise, Dr Anna Khanh Le, turned us away. She recommended we go to INOVA fairfax to ask the hospital for help or assistance (even though i made it clear i would pay out of pocket). She did not want to «take my money». I assume she made this comment because I dressed like a bum. As we were turned down, I asked the office manager why I couldn’t just pay for a visit and the ultrasound/​sonogram to see the sex of my child. She tried to up sell me into paying for the delivery labor package which was offered around 4Kish, which i refused because i was already approved for insurance.
It comes to show, this doctor doesn’t have a heart, nor does she understand what «I will pay out of pocket» means in english. If you have insurance, im sure she will love to take you since she can charge the insurance whatever she wants, but if you don’t have insurance and expect she will want to help you out for a visit without paying for some package, FORGET IT. if she turned us away in our time of need, im pretty sure she will do that to you. Please re-​consider this doctor as her heart isn’t in her practice. It’s a pretty awful feeling to be turned away in our time of need and telling your wife the doctor doesn’t want to see us until we fix out insurance issues even after wanting to pay for the visit and service.
And the front desk skinny little dark haired asian who is her cousin, has a terrible attitude. She speaks just as bad as she makes decisions. NOVA has plenty of great doctors, Dr Anna Khanh Le and her practice, should re-​evaluate how they do business. You made a bad name for yourself in my eyes and i hope the vietnamese community is aware.
