Nastiest women ever! The ladies who check your blood pressure before you see the doctor told me I am wasting their time as well as the doctors because I wanted them to look at my finger because it was swollen but was not aware that I had to wait 2 hrs for the results of the x ray, so I said id like to see the doctor to look at it first because I don’t have time to wait. One of the ladies says «I’m going to keep my mouth shut because what I want to say is really nasty» «you live in a drive thru generation who wants everything quick» I said I just want to see the doctor and with a disgusted face she said fine. As we were walking to the room she preceded to say «look you already wasted 10 minutes» well that’s because of YOU! When the doctor or whatever she was came in she then said to me «you are on our turf» are you serious!!! I’m paying you!!! This place is the worst and these women should stop worrying about their coffee and what they are going to eat!!!

Useless. Major language barrier issues. ‘Cystectomy’ became ‘C-​section’. ‘Delivered three weeks ago’ became ‘delivered last year’. Departed with no diagnosis and no guidance.

The service I received from the Doctor was ok, but the explanation of what I would pay from the receptionist was completely off. The bill I received was ten times more than what she quoted me. For that price, I would have waited a little longer and gone to my primary care doctor. So this place seems like a scam to me.

I went here last Sunday after I sustained an injury the day before to my low back doing deadlifts at the gym. I was pretty scared– a pop followed by intense, immediate and immobilizing low back pain is not something to take lightly!
I was seen pretty quickly after I checked in. However, the intake nurse (which is also the xray tech) barely looked at me and simply followed the prompts to fill out the information about me being there. I was seen by the physician in a separate room about 10 minutes after and given a brief review. I was given a choice of xrays, which I wanted to reassure no serious damage was done (bone-​wise anyway).
The xray tech (aka intake nurse), didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Frequently saying ‘oops’ and moving the xray table around jarringly (not fun with a hurt back!). She never asked if I needed help moving around on table (I reiterate, not fun with a hurt back!) and she kept having to raise my shirt to see my belly button for the images. She also left the door open for others to walk by and see in (not a big deal as I was fully clothed, but still odd).
The physician quickly said the images looked ok and I was sent home with some anti inflammatories and pain meds with a recommendation to see a specialist if the pain got worse. Overall, not a great visit but I shouldn’t expect more from an urgent care facility. I had to ask the doctor about next steps for recovery (activity levels? work limits? and other limitations?) Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, but I did not get a good vibe.

The doctors and staff are very professional and friendly. My family and I go here whenever we have the flu and whenever my son has had a mishap. I find the staff very patient since my son can not describe well what is wrong. They were courteous in addressing my concerns and were not condescending or abrupt as other places can be. Although we have had a couple of visits where I had a lengthy wait time (mainly during this past flu season), overall my family and I have been seen in a timely fashion.

Big fan of this place. I drive about forty mins out of my way despite having closer urgent care facilities near my house. They are open great hours every day of the week. Always quick that I have been here. They even bill as a regular doctor with my insurance so no high urgent care copay. Friendly doctors and staff and nice waiting room. Can’t ask for anything more!

If I could I would rate the female doctor a 0. This lady has no sense of how to react around a child patient. We the office and she didn’t even check my child for everything’s he should have. Good thing my mother in law told us to make sure she does certain thing and we had to drive back. After we got back she check and diagnosed my son with a second thing. This Asian doc was as dumb as she looked and acted.

I guess success has been bad for them? I used to love this clinic, always had excellent care. But the last four times I have gone the wait was over an hour, and the receptionist did not seem to care one way or another about me. She barely looked up from typing away. So, I’m off to find a clinic that actually wants my business.

I waited over an hour to see the doctor (and there was only one patient in line in front of me). The doctor barely examined me and then wrote a prescription. It seemed very rushed as if he knew what was wrong before i even finished talking. Needless to say, I was misdiagnosed and had to take an antibiotic I didnt need. I called their billing department regarding payment, in the conversation the woman said «oh my God, i just told you» in response to my question and then hung up on me. She was rude and not helpful at all. Customer service is clearly not at the top of their priority list. I would not recommend this doctor nor will I ever go there again.

The staff and doctor were friendly and took care of my medical needs. Was able to come in at 5pm and be seen after waiting for about 10 minutes. No complaints here.

My stepdaughter injured her finger at school and with two other very small children in tow, I determined a LONG painful wait at Fairfax Inova ER was not our best bet. Put «URGENT CARE» in the Garmin and it sent me to some address in the Lincolnia area. Drove by it and it freaked me and my 12 year old patient out. Called a life-​long Annandale resident, and she recommended Annandale Urgent Care.
Office was clean, new and very professional. Took us in almost immediately (thank God — the 7 month old was getting fussy). Took quick x-​rays, and Dr. was quick with a diagnosis (tiny fracture) and gave us recommendation for an orthopedic follow up (less than pleased with them, but that’s for another post — they’ve got quite the monopoly in Northern VA)
Would definitely go again for a minor injury.

Quick, Clean and helpful. Exactly what I wanted and needed in Urgent Care. They have a pharmacy on site too (they didn’t have everything, but if you just need antibiotics, that is awesome).

I went here after a week of not feeling very good. Saw Dr. Do and he talked to me about my syptoms… checked me out… diagnosed me… filled my prescription right then and there… and I was feeling better within a few hours!
Nice and clean office… prompt service… very nice nurse and informative Dr.
I would go back!

Got sick with coughing and fever last week so I found the nearest urgent care. I was pleasantly surprised to see how modern and big the waiting room was. The med assistant took me back quickly, got my blood pressure and transferred me to an exam room. The doctor was very caring, asked me what brought me in, examined me and ordered a chest xray which was done right there in the clinic. That was nice since I didnt have to go to an xray place like i had to in the past. I got my prescription filled in the clinic and was out of there within 45 min. Great service, highly recommend if you get sick.

When my son broke his are back in 2005, we had a wonderful experience at Annandale Urgent Care. Dr. Vinh Tran was with this practice, and he not only took care of our child that day, but also followed up by performing surgery the following day at an Arlington hospital. In December 2009, same son had another injury. We found that Dr. Tranh is now in his own practice in Vienna. The service at Annandale Urgent Care was very disappointing. The doctor there, Dr. Ngyuen, was professional but appeared to be over-​worked. She advised us that there was not an orthopedic specialist at the practice and arranged a same day appointment with Dr. Tran in his new office. That much was fine and appreciated. However, they took x-​rays of my son’s hand for us to handcarry to the appointment with Dr. Tran on a CD. When we arrived at Dr. Tran’s office, the CD was blank – they had not double-​checked that the images were actually on the disc. That meant we had to get a second set of x-​rays – bad for the health and the pocketbook. Then – over two WEEKS later, we got a call from the Urgent Care telling us that their radiologist had read the xrays and found no break! I reminded them that we already knew that since they had referred us to an orthopedic doctor the day of the accident, and their reply was just non-​sensical – something to the effect that we probably still wanted to know what the radiologist found. I was flabbergasted. What if there had been a break – and the were not notified for three weeks?! The Urgent Care rep was not concerned or apologetic… didn’t seem to grasp the problem at all, frankly. I would not go back to this clinic. However, again, Dr. Nguyen seemed to know what she was doing. I chalk this up to poor management at the clinic.
