Business Owner

Brian Kane, CPA is a renowned consultant, tax advisor, as well as a sought out mediator in many settlements, buy-​ins and buy-​outs, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kane is a native Washingtonian, and earned his B.S. in Accountancy from George Mason University. He has advance education in both the tax and health care fields, and has over twenty-​five years of experience in health care. As a result, he has developed a strong network of strategic alliances with other professionals who also focus on the success of private practices. He is an expert on assisting clients with setting up their practices efficiently and effectively in order to maximize profitability.

He is an active member of the Virginia Society for Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
