I thought I was on a hidden camera show! I purchased a groupon for a hot stone massage but what I got was a very unique experience. The first 5mins was a quick rub down, then the hot stones were placed all over my body, and then masseuse left the room for nearly 20mins! and repeat…
I didn’t expect this to be a spa but I did expect to leave feeling better, which I didnt.

First, this is an alternative medicine outfit and the massage function is part of their clinic. I would not characterize the massages as an after thought, but it is not the main «bread and butter» of the operation. You can go to a supermarket deli to buy sushi, but you wouldn’t call the deli a Sushi Restaurant.
Finding the suite was a bit confusing. They had a large sign over the door, covering the name. As soon as you walk in building 7630, their office is immediately on the left.
The massage table was a bit more narrow than I am used to, the floor was tile, and they did not have music playing. We were interrupted once, and there was no effort by employees out side the room to keep the noise down or close doors gently. These are not necessarily marks against the establishment, I am just pointing out fact. The table had a soft blanket on it, however the masseuse put a sanitary paper strip on the table exactly like the ones that cover the examination table at a doctor’s office.
Following the theme of the establishment being a place of medicine, the massage itself (deep tissue) felt more like a diagnostic or tune up. The masseuse (an elderly female) poked and prodded looking for what needed work, then tackled that area with gusto. Not the relaxing massage I expected, but it is what it is.
She was very friendly and we chatted about what type of work I did and how often I exercised. I mentioned that I can’t run everyday because my knees hurt. She immediately had me roll on my side and began working diligently on the back of my knees. It was painful, intense, and very unexpected. However, she explained what she was doing and how working the knees from the back is how you had to get in there. I must admit, they do feel a bit better, but again, not what I expected going in.
My wife found this place through Groupon and it appears they have an incorrect number listed, or one that is not always staffed. We had to call 703−752−4623 to get someone on the phone.
It is disingenuous to advertise this establishment as a spa or massage parlor, and you’ll be very disappointed if that is what you expect. However, it is what it is. The massage function is a component of an alternative medicine facility.
If I injure my knee, ankle, or tweak something minor I think I’ll go there for that specific purpose. I will not go back when I need a relaxing hot-​stone or full-​body massage.

Don’t use them. I purchased a Groupon Coupon. The websit NAIM provided didn’t work, they never answered phone or messages. And when Fgroupon reached out to them twice with all my contact info they never othered to contact me. Ducks, sucks, sucks!

All true – except, once you go with the flow you can actually feel better. She adjusted my back gently & actually made my tendinitis 70% better. It was definitely a weird experience but I realized she was doing a combination acupressure, chiropractic & Eastern massage & I felt so much better when I left. It’s definitely not a massage to get if you just want to relax – some of it is quite painful at first. But after that it was amazing. I went back for 3 more after my Groupon and definitely felt better for it.

Worst massage ever! Old lady who does the massage there is very unprofessional and does what ever she wants instead of listening to her client needs. I wanted her to just concentrate on my neck and shoulders but without any indications she just decided to start cracking on my back!
I’m pretty sure massage therapists are not trained to do anything related to spine!
My back started to hurt next day and still feeling some pain one week after the incident.
My mistake was not checking her credentials before… Avoid at all cost!!!

My name is Annie… and I found Shannen, Herbalist in this clinic by word of mouth from my friend Yasuko. And I am so grateful because I was having so much trouble with my body… and especially the digestion. I was to a point where it hurt to eat. And nothing was going right… and within 20 days of my first treatment and my first batch of tea, I went form feeling very very different. and when I woke up the next morning, I was calm and I was balanced. I felt so good. My body got better and better, and finally I feel so healthy now. Herb Tea was very pricey, but worth it.

I also bought a Groupon for 60 min Swedish massage and also had the older woman do the massage. This was the most interesting Swedish massage I have ever had. I entered the room 15 mins after my scheduled time and she was done 10 mins before the hour scheduled. That was not the 60 mins I paid for. Yes, her phone rang for me too! But she did not leave the room. She talked on her phone while STILL trying to massage me with one hand! It was not «Swedish» by any means. It was as if I hired my mom to do it for me. I know this place is not a Spa, so don’t expect anything relaxing here. This would be more like a medical massage. Did I feel better after? Meh, I was kinda sore for a few days because she really LOVED working on my neck and nothing else. Not sure about her credentials. Ask questions & make sure you get your money’s worth. See if there is another masseuse available.
Otherwise, skip it!

Got a Groupon for a hot stone massage. After the messeuse took a phone call and left me alone on the table for 20 minutes I left and asked for a refund.

I received three consecutive Swedish massages with the Groupon. The masseuse (the older Asian lady) was the same each time. She has strong hands and does a thorough job. It’s not the most relaxing environment — very sterile/​hospital-​like looking. Also, the lights are kept very bright… not at all like a massage you’d experience at a typical day spa. During my first massage, 5 minutes in, her cell phone rang… and she answered it! Walked outside the room for 20 seconds and then returned.
For the price of the Groupon — plus tip — I’d consider this a decent deal. However, I would never pay full price at Natura for a massage.

Nicer place. The massage was great! I had 2 therapists working on me for an hour. It was great. Although they ignored my feet and did not provide warmth or support (pillow)… Hot towel and pillow below ankles would have earned full stars. I was able to score 2 more hrs at the business, so I will be returning. Maybe I’ll mention i need the pillow… Enjoy!

If you are looking for a relaxing massage at a spa, this is not a place for you. It looks and feels more like a medical office than a massage salon. The lady who gives the massage is very unhappy with Groupon deal. She kept complaining throughout my massage session that she only makes $ 10 out of it. I bought 3 sessions and with a very generous tip it comes to $ 60 per massage. This is what I pay but in turn I get $ 10 level of service. The Groupon deal promised one hour massage, but i got about 40 minutes, including the last 10 minutes of her just standing above me, holding my hand and complaining that she has 30 years of experience and i should be lucky to get her experience at such a cheap price. So, the actual massage was just half an hour when she was working on my back and I was not engaging in the conversation. I asked for a deep tissue massage. I have had many massages in my life. This one was a combination of sports massage and a chiropractor’s manipulation. I am very pain tolerant, so I didnt mind. But if you are not pain tolerant, ask for Swedish massage. She has great hands, very, very strong fingers. Very impressive for her age, but she is rough. I regret that i bought 3 sessions, I would not have gone back.

OUCH, OUCH, OUCH.
This was not the touchy, feeling, sort of massage we had anticipated. In fact, on the way there, we decided to SKIP the «deep tissue» option on the Groupon and go for the Swedish massage, fearing deep tissue might be too painful.
Ummm — we ended up (through no choice of our own) with ACCUPRESSURE massage treatments.
This was a new one for me. It was quite, how shall I put it, painful. I do think the practitioner, Mr. Song, was amazing in his skills, but it certainly surprised me! He pushed and poked and prodded (ouch) and I came away feeling exhausted, yet somehow healthier…
The office space is huge — the waiting room features 2 of the biggest white leather sofas I have ever seen. But the room where they put us was pretty small. No «massage-​y» music, no scented oils or candles. No warm blanket (but there was a warming light that was nice).
While I was hollering, «oww, oww, oww» at one point I never dreamed of making appointment number two. But by the end, I thought, «You know, this is probably good…» I think I will be going back. Smile.

Mrs. Han is a wonderful massage therapist. She does incredible job on the back, shoulder and scalp. Just wonderful!
The front desk staff is also very professional and organized.
My only complaint is that I speak all day for a living and when I come in for a massage, I don’t like to talk. It’s like working over time. She is extremely personable and it’s just hard to explain to her that I just want to be quiet. I did say that I just wanted to relax, meditate etc but I think she chats a lot so that she can make you feel comfortable. She wants you to know that you are safe.
I am willing to give it a shot again, but I just want quiet and then I’d be happy to bump it up to 5 stars.
But she is wonderful and the price you can’t beat — well I guess with Groupon you can!

I got a Groupon to come here and get an hour long massage. What a treat this was. I had a Korean woman named Mrs. Han who had 30 years experience and has resided in the US for 12 years.
With being extremely stressed lately she really gave me a sense of relaxation. Something I haven’t felt in awhile. Needing to detox, she worked her magic fingers mainly focusing on my lower back and shoulders. She applied just the right pressure and it wasn’t uncomfortable or awkward at all. I know for some it can be a bit uncomfortable to strip down to your civvies. She made me feel totally content without that awkwardness. She was extremely chatty as well. I know for most, talking during a massage can take away from the visit, but for me it was nice to just chat. She didn’t do it the whole time though.
I think some things I would have liked better about this visit is if the lights were dim. They put me in a room where it was full florescent lighting. Classical music played in the background while I was getting my massage, but it was on the radio and not a CD. I really did not want to hear the news while getting my back done. These are not total deal breakers, simply my preferences.
You can buy massages in bulk and prices are very reasonable. I think I would come back for sure if I had $ 80 to spend on the hours. In the mean time, I may cash in on another Groupon or two where it is only $ 40 a pop. The Groupon is going to be running for awhile the receptionist told me.
Good quality massage with a really nice massuse. I don’t think you could ask for better.
