This company is horrible. The management staff is just as unhelpful as the nurses. They only care about how far one appointment is from another rather than caring for the patients.
My grandmother came out of a rehabilitation center over a month ago and this company was recommended to us by the rehab facility. It has been over a month and my grandmother still has not received ANY physical therapy because they cannot fit my grandmother into their daily schedule. Unbelievable. What type of patient care is this? A healthcare company that is supposed to take care of the elderly does not provide physical therapy because they want the patients to be home all day from 8am — 5pm so they can drop in any day anytime or they refuse to come to your home. They are soo cheap that they cannot add another stop to their schedule. So far we have received 5 phone calls about why my grandmother is not convenient for them to give her physical therapy after they contracted with us for her aftercare. This is ludacris! We will be reporting this agency to Medicare as they were supposed to be responsible for her care after she has gotten out of the rehab and still has done nothing. We will also be notifying the rehab facility and the hospital not to recommend this company to anyone else’s family. Horrible bunch of people!

This firm couldn’t be less «Professional» if it tried. «Nurses» (I’d love to see their certification) are so bad that one tried to plug the electric BP cuff into her wireless mouse. The physical therapist had no idea what to do about dizziness in a multiple stroke patient. They are all in for the fee they get for the visit that lasts less then 10 minutes. Let’s not even discuss that all 3 we’ve seen so far speak only a modicum of English at best and some can’t even return a phone call! If I truly had to rely on them for the «health and safety» of my loved ones it would be all over but the sermon.

My mom and I have been thru 3 home health aide with this company in less then a year Marshalla Dorsey-​schedule coordinator does not return calls the nurse Jocelyn is excellent the first two aides were lazy, lacked experience and common sense the third aide Th is awesome she steps in, knowledgeable and dependable. the title professional is a understatement the staff at the office is rude, unprofessional and worst of all don’t follow up. Strongly recommend that you do not acquire there services for your love ones
