Chef William Clarke C.
Manager
Chef Clarke brings to Sam’s over 15 years of culinary experience. Chef Clarke’s extensive culinary education began in high school with a specialized 4 year program. He completed his formal training at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts as well as various specialized training programs throughout the world. Along side of the education, Chef Clarke’s professional career began at age 15 in the kitchen of the Phoenix Emporium in Ellicott City. He would eventually become their Executive Chef. Chef Clarke has also held positions as the Executive Sous Chef for the Kent Manor Inn in Stevensville, MD and as Executive Chef for the Sheraton Annapolis. Although Chef Clarke has an illustrious education and career, his true experience began with the passion for cooking instilled in him as a child in his Grandmother’s kitchen.
