Self Service Laundry

True to its name, this laundromat is entirely self-​service, from its washers and dryers right down to its snack machines. «What is this, Star Track?!» I hear you asking. No, it’s not. This laundromat experience has been a mainstay of the Maryland Avenue scene for many years. In fact, this little slice of Annapolitan Bohemia would be quite pungent without the service of Self Service Laundry.
All in all, this is my second favorite laundromat in Annapolis, mostly due to its smaller machines and limited parking. Still, one could do worse. There are plenty of places to go while you wait. You could get a second hand DVD or delicious root beer from Annebeth’s. Why not pick up a pint at Galway Bay? It’s your call, man. Stop acting like I’m going to tell you what to do.

This place is clean, super convenient and comparable to most laundry places in price. They only have the double machines, but I can’t think of a time when I make the trip to the laundromat with only one load.
If you forget your detergent or softener, they have a lot of options for .75 cents per load. They also have vending for snacks if you get hungry while you wait. You could also just run across the street and grab a Guinness at the best pub in town.
