Specialties

The Center for Vision Development specializes in developmental vision care for all ages. From infancy to adulthood, our center provides patients the opportunity to develop the very best visual function possible. Treatment may involve the use of lenses, prisms and/or vision therapy. We welcome your questions… please contact our office for an initial consultation to find out if vision therapy can benefit you.

History

Established in 2003.

The Center for Vision Development first opened its doors in Pasadena, Maryland in October 2003. The center provides vision care following a developmental, rehabilitative and preventative philosophy. Patients are treated with various needs such as learning-related visual problems, binocular vision dysfunctions, strabismus (crossed eyes), amblyopia (lazy eye), traumatic brain injury, autism, dyslexia and attention deficit disorder.

Today the center has expanded into a second location in Annapolis with the addition of five highly trained vision therapists. Together our goals are to enhance the visual development for patients of all ages in the most effective manner possible. The Center for Vision Development is the only board certified practice providing testing and treatment with vision therapy based solely within Anne Arundel County.
