TLC Wash N Shine 2

Um, holy crap. I brought Jose and his crew the filthiest Jeep Wrangler that had been sitting naked outside for months… rain, leaves, rust, you name it. When I walked out to collect my car, I was shocked. The old Jeep looked brand new! I got the diamond package because of the high dirt factor, but I can tell that when I come back for a less extreme clean, my car will still receive top notch treatment. Jose obviously takes pride in the service he provides.

I had my carpets cleaned and they broke the front passenger seat in my van. They didn’t tell me so I thought it just needed an adjustment. Asked the dealer to look at it and they said it was broken.

Jose is the BEST. I saw several high end sports cars being detailed when I pulled in the garage. I knew I was in the right place! The crew did a phenomenal job on my car. The interior was so clean I took my shoes off when I got in LOL! The exterior was clean and shined and the wheels were free of brake dust and polished. Give TLC Wash N Shine a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the first time I’ve ever used a car wash or detailing place as I normally do everything myself, but this was a great experience. They got my Pontiac Bonneville looking so pretty as if I just bought it all over again! I will definitely be going back especially since this place is at the Annapolis mall too, so much to do it’s like I hardly even had to wait. Went on a Saturday and well, even though it took two hours, I was more than happy because I got to shop and got a super clean and nice smelling car to come back to. The price wasn’t too bad either another reason I’ll be using TLC again!

Overall I was pleased with the service. My car was thoroughly cleaned in the inside and smelled great. The windows, tires and door seals looked phenomenal. My only complaint is that there were a few scuff marks on the driver side door that they said couldn’t be removed, but when I got home I was able to wipe them off with a little elbow grease and a baby wipe. Not upset about it though and I would recommend them to someone.

We have a car which has been transportation for my wife and her service dog. The car has not been cleaned very much over the last five years and I was worried that the excessive dog hair and a couple of seat stains would be too much. I was shocked at how nice and clean the vehicle looked when they were finished. It hadn’t looked that good since I drove it off the lot new five years ago. Not one dog hair to be seen.
I knew my car would take a long time (3 hours), so I was glad the location was the mall. Plenty for me to do while waiting. Great service, easy location, reasonable prices.

If I could give Jose ten stars, I would.
Short story– while transporting leftovers from a work function, roast beef juices spilled. All IN the seats. In the heat of summer. After removing the back seat, cleaning everything twice, and trying everything… The stench wouldn’t go away. For two weeks.
I’d read reviews on Unilocal.A friend had a groupon here and was really impressed. And I had passed them a million times at the mall (it’s where I always park.) I was optimistic.
Took it in and got the shampoo and steam clean. Jose was able to find the problem… The juices had leaked UNDER the carpet on the floor. He took the sill plates off. Cleaned the floor pan and carpet. And voila!
I have never been so appreciative in my life. (Literally, my coworker told me I may need to get a new car the smell was so bad.) I don’t know if any other car service would have been so thorough.
My car has never been as clean as it is now. If you want someone who takes pride in his work and does a very thorough job, go to Jose. Not only is he amazing at what he does, but he is also incredibly nice.
All in all, a great experience. I’ve already decided I will be returning monthly to maintain its immaculate condition.

I Could not believe how clean they got my car. This place is amazing and should definitely be tried should you get the chance. The crew is really polite.

I had noticed the signs outside of the Annapolis Mall stating there was a car wash and detailing business inside one of the parking garages for the past week and today I finally took the chance to try them out.
I only had time for the exterior of my vehicle to be cleaned and requested for one of my children’s car seats to be cleaned as well. Good price for a wonderful job done on my car and the two workers didn’t charge me for cleaning the car seat! Probably a tactic to build clientele but it was still nice of them. It took an hour for them to clean both which was plenty of enough time. I think they are conveniently located where they are because once you go through the nearest entrance of the mall and down to the main level of the mall, there is a play area for children which was very convenient for my 2 kids to burn some energy and play around. There is also a café area down from the play area with 4 eateries and a good sized, clean café.
Very happy with the service, love how clean the exterior of my car is. I plan to come back more often for more cleanings when needed.

Its A-​Ok but not a fan“natic”.
As a background of me: I normally wash and wax my own car (I had my own home/​garage). I had to move to MD for a short time and currently living in an Apartment. So, this time around I decided to try a carwash. TLC had a couple of good reviews and it was next to the mall.
TLC has 3 levels of service. Price is dependent of the level of service and size of your car. After a brief talk about the services, I am not convinced that getting anything past level 2 would give you any more benefit. What I can remember from their posted services: Level 1 Basic Steam wash of exterior, wheel dressing, and express wax. Level 2 Same as Level 1 but steam washing interior. Level 3 Same as Level 1 and 2 but added polishing.
I just wanted level 1, which cost $ 39.99 plus tip. Overall, they did an OK job. They did miss a spot. The spot is at the rear trunk area where you lift up the trunk lid. They were really busy that day, so it took about 3 ½ hours before they got to my car and finished. Luckily it is at the Mall, so I walked around and ate lunch. I would suggest taking in a movie to make time go by faster.
Would I use them again? If I decide to use a carwash place again (I am going back to washing/​waxing my car) I most likely use a different company suggested in Unilocal,and use TLC as the baseline.

Absolutely amazing! Easy to find in the Nordstrom Blue Garage. I got the Diamond Detail for medium cars and they did a fantastic job… exceeded my expectations! I will definitely return! Highly recommended.

I took my van here yesterday to get it detailed (interior and exterior) and they did a great job. Every single spot of my car is sparkling clean. The exterior is very shiny and the wheels are very clean. I was able to get an appointment the same day. At first I thought it was a bit odd that it was at the parking garage at the mall but man what a great idea. You can go get a bite to eat or shop instead of having to sit in a waiting room or drop your car off. I will absolutely be coming here again and I plan to tell all my friends and family about it since my experience was so great!

Just used this place earlier and wanted to write a review b/​c I was really happy with how things turned out.
I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment to come in. I had to change my appointment this morning, but they were pretty flexible saying that they closed at 6 but could see me at 5. The location is pretty convenient because you just drive up to the 2^nd story of the Blue Garage near Nordstrom, so you are able to shop or do whatever while you wait.
First thing, I had accidently purchased the wrong Groupon deal (I bought a medium when my car is considered large). I felt bad but they just let it go and said it wasn’t a problem. I was a little surprised when they said it would be 1 – 2 hours, but I just strolled the mall while waiting. They ended up finishing in about 1 hour and 15 minutes and it was worth the wait. My car looked great inside and out (I had the Gold Detail package). They clearly took their time and it has that «new car smell». Not only that, but by the time I got my car it was 6:15 so they had obviously worked on it past their closing time.
It is worth the money to go here. Great service, friendly staff, and very happy with the results.

Great detailing, the seats in my car have spots and they did a great job cleaning it.
Also I notice that the out side of my car stayed clean longer.
I was really happy. And I will definitely go back.
