Very unimpressed. They closed their champlin location abruptly and we were told by a note on the door to pick up clothes in another location which had much more limited hours. When I went to the other location during the lunch hour — the location was locked — with a note saying they would be back by 1 — I waited until after 1 and nothing. Finally went back today to pick up clothes and was offered no recourse or explanation. I encourage you to explore better dry cleaning options — as they clearly view dry cleaning as a commodity and place little importance on customer service.

My daughter has a beautiful wedding dress with jewels and a train. At the reception she got chocolate on the front of the dress and her hem was covered in dirt. I took her spoiled dress to MTM Cleaners in Anoka and was greeted very professionally. I was reassured the dress would be handled with care. I was called when the dress was cleaned and ready for me to pick it up. I am so impressed with the Quality of service and professionalism that I received. They are very reasonably priced and Pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend MTM Cleaners for any cleaning needs.
