Alex is great. He is on top of everything and is very knowledgeable and professional. After conducting a lot of research, I thought I was fairly knowledgeable on the specifics for my house. He provided a lot more insight though. He’s very particular about making the home as energy efficient as possible.
My project was a complete home remodel; not just the HVAC system. Alex and my contractor (Norco Construction) have worked together for years, so Alex actually fabricated the necessary sheet metal for my exhaust too. When the hardwood floors began to be sanded and refinished, Alex did not want to finalize the install because he was concerned the hardwood company would get too much dust in the system and ruin it. He contacted my hardwood floor to work with them to provide the necessary knowledge and training to correctly maintain the system when performing such work.
During my remodel, my boss informed me she needed to redo her HVAC as well. I referred Alex and she was very happy with his work as well.
Alex has gone above and beyond and I will recommend him to all my friends.
