Established in 2010.

I started this business with myself and a dolly. My first job was a solo job and now I have employed personnel over the years. I currently have 8 highly reliable and cautious workers.

I spoke with Frank today. I needed a moving truck this week. I’m wheelchair bound and need full service moving care. Frank is completely booked this entire week thru the weekend. I asked him if he knew of anyone that was professional like him. He referred me to 916Movers. So I called 916Movers and was accommodated and booked for my move. What a great man Frank is to refer me to someone because he was booked. He even called a couple of places he knew. Now that’s epic customer service and care; even though I’m not his customer! Thank you Frank so much!

Frank and his team were amazing! They moved me out of one home (Davis) into another place (in Sacramento) and THEN delivered some of my furniture to my other home in Visalia. All the while disassembling and then reassembling furniture in each location. They are reasonable considering other moving companies charge so ridiculous! Friendly personable and they really do move with caution and care! Thank you Frank!!!

I had less than a day to find movers for my sister who needed help unloading all of her boxes and furniture to a new apartment complex (second story). I reached out on Unilocal and Frank gave me a very prompt estimate and was able to schedule movers to assist my sister the following morning. She had delays due to leasing issues and they were patient and helpful the entire time (and affordable). She and I were both so relieved to have the help during her stressful move. Frank is a stand up guy. We had to move last minute, and he accommodated perfectly for our family. Him and his team are very professional, super nice, and handle every piece of furniture and box with care! Moving can be such a stressful thing, but these guys made it smooth and stress free. I would recommend Moving With Caution and Care to anyone who wants to move in a pretty fast manner!

Wow! I needed a piano moved and Frank said if he piggy-​backed off another job, he could discount my rate. In fact, he had an appropriate opportunity that same day. My new piano was in my home almost before I had time to even think about it, and at a much lower rate than I had been quoted elsewhere. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely call him again if I need moving services of any kind.

Do yourself a favor and don’t call anyone else. These guys are amazing. Frank was wonderful to work with and was able to accommodate us. Jeremy and Igor were absolute animals. Moved our 3 bedroom house in just a few hours. At the same time they took complete care with our stuff. Hiring these guys was literally one of the best things I’ve ever done.

Wow! I hired Moving With Caution & Care on the recommendation of a friend. I am so glad I did! Frank was super helpful coordinating our move over the phone, and our moving team Mike & Jeremy were beasts!!! They moved our entire home with efficiency and care, and loaded the truck like it was Tetris!
Our new home has a winding, steep driveway and both Mike & Jeremy took it in stride, walking all our furniture up it without complaint. THANK YOU doesn’t seem like enough. These guys are the best.

Frank and his team are no less than awesome!
Just had to say that before I start out off discussing the experience.
I called several companies that were asking for outrageous prices for what my family and I needed. When I called Frank, he took his time to answer all our questions and he gave us a fair price over the phone.
Upon delivery day, they were ahead of time waiting to pick up the furniture. While they were picking up the furniture we asked their help to place phelps for the hardwood floors. They had no problems doing that. Once we have arrived home, we also asked for their help to move other furniture’s so that we could have enough room. The team were all so courteous, and they took their time to help us assemble the cabinets and move things around. We paid extra because we were so grateful for all of the extra work they did.
I highly recommend them, and I would definitely do business with them again!

Finding this company and receiving the most courteous and professional services imaginable was the easiest part of a stressful move. Frank was honest and responsive to all of my questions. Will and Adrian were flexible and very organized in fitting all I my goods into a smaller truck than I was promised by U-​haul (boo). They worked like a well oiled machine and wasted no time getting things loaded and unloaded. Once everything was unloaded they assembled my bed and several other large pieces that I had expected to have to do myself!
They worked so hard and had such a great attitude, I was very happy to spend my day with them! Thank you for an awesome experience!

I contacted Frank Washington’s Moving with Caution and Care in LA only a few days prior to my daughter’s move up to Sacramento. Frank did a great job coordinating his crew and his pricing was exceptional. They were one-​third the price of some of his competitors! They were on time waiting for us at the apartment and started work immediately. They had to lug incredibly heavy furniture up a very restricted flight of stairs. The two young men who did the work were superb (sorry I forgot their names) and worked very hard and fast. They were also very careful with everything they moved. I would use Frank’s team without question if my daughter had to move again. Thank you very much to Moving with Care and Caution! Great job fellas!

It always makes you nervous when you sign up for a service and you depend on reviews for something as important as moving… If all experiences could be this good! Frank was professional and friendly and 100% reliable. His crew was hard working. They were on time, even at the long distance — knew exactly what to do and did it. Protected houses and furniture. My husband and I found Frank’s business on another website. We were incredibly amazed by his professionalism and speed to move our two bedroom apartment. We had a Oakland to Sacramento move that included one stop in Alameda to pick up a couch. Frank and his partner/​assistant were very careful and took good care of making sure furniture and hardwood floors were not damaged or stratched. Frank and his partner/​assistant were both friendly and professional while doing all the heavy lifting! We found the cost to be very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Moving with Caustion and Care to others.
