I had an issue with an NSF charge(and I had sufficient funds) I received from Epcor. After contacting Epcor, I was told it was Chase’s issue, and to deal with them. I went in yesterday to discuss the NSF charge, and the bank rep happily helped me out – I didn’t expect her to sit on the phone with the water utility, but she did.. . spent about a half hour helping us. The ball’s back in Epcor’s court now, but I doubt I would have gotten as far as I did without the Chase representative’s help.
