I do NOT recommend Anthem Pet Med Center or Dr. Cohen to anyone who is looking for good customer service in addition to medical care for their pet. I have had several very disheartening experiences with the staff and they seem to care more about charging the highest prices around than providing quality care for long time customers. We have been going to Anthem Pet Med Center for 4 – 5 years now and when we needed a service for our dog, they charged twice as much than any other Vet near Anthem, and when I told them we would have to change vet clinics due to prices, the tech that helped us was very rude and could care less if we stayed or took our business elsewhere. Thats not the kind of service that we have grown to love living in a small town like Anthem! I have found 3 other Vet clinics within 10 minutes that are charging WAY less and I experienced excellent customer service and was treated like they WANTED my business not just expected it!
