Airgenomics Heating & Cooling

We have had Chuck out at LEAST three times over the past couple of years! We’ve had a couple of different issues with our Heating & A/​C system, as well as our thermostat. Chuck diagnosed the problems quickly and had us up and running in no time. Even when he can’t make it out right away, he helps us trouble-​shoot over the phone to start the process. He is always courteous and professional. He is definitely our go-​to guy for heating and A/​C!

Chuck is very professional and helpful. He identified the problem with my air conditioning and clearly explains the problem and the solution. On time for an appointment and finished it with a good quality. Not only he fixed the problem, he also gave a lot of suggestions on how to maintain the equipment. I highly recommend his services.

We had just purchased a new home and our air conditioner was not working properly. I had several different contractors and workers at the house that day, but Chuck did not need any direction. He was able to identify the problem and propose a solution very efficiently. Once he was given the «go ahead» he was able to fix it in a timely manner. He is very professional and courteous and I highly recommend him to anyone requiring Heating or Cooling help.

I recently bought a home and was fortunate enough to have had a wonderful broker who gave us a homeowner’s warranty as a move-​in gift to cover any problems we might encounter. Although the house was relatively new the prior owner appears to have not known how to do regular maintenance (i.e. like changing air filters!) and so shortly after moving in both of our heating units developed problems — one plain wouldn’t work and the other seemed to have trouble both starting and stopping.
The warranty company called in Airgenomics (pronounced like ergonomics) and Chuck showed up at our door at the appointed time. He quickly resolved the heater which wouldn’t work, ordering a new blower. The downstairs unit, which had trouble both starting and stopping, was a bit trickier both to access and to resolve, but Chuck figured that one out too (there was an issue with the exhaust ducting which was throwing off the sensors) and was able to get both working after returning later in the week with the new parts.
The cost of the repairs was covered by the home warranty so I cannot comment on Airgenomics pricing but Chuck was smart and courteous and fixed our heaters so they are 5-​stars in my book!
