Been with Andy and Ernie for a couple of years now, and still feel great with them. Their customer service is fantastic, and their follow ups are amazing.
I check other insurance companies every 3 months to compare my rates, and these guys are able to consistently stay below the others in the area.
They are friendly to speak to as well. They were willing to talk me through my auto insurance needs so that I got the coverage I wanted at the lowest price. My renters insurance is also cheap as well.
Overall, if you are looking for reliable insurance agents that will work with you to get the lowest rates possible, I highly recommend Andy and Ernie.

I went to Andrew for a car loan. He quoted me a very affordable loan for a very affordable car. So, the profit for this loan to State Farm would have amounted to less than $ 800 dollars over a four year period. In terms of loan revenue, that really is not much for State Farm. Andrew’s customer service was outstanding. I must have drove him crazy by asking him to calculate loans on several cars. When I finally settled on a car, he came to my home to sign docs and even drove me to BART to get my car. Mr. Kolasa offered a level of customer service that exceeds the norm.

Andy is an awesome insurance agent and even a better person. I switched insurance companies without a problem and love having Andy as my agent. He is extremity helpful and easy to talk to, giving you awesome advice and being there when you need him.
I had an incident with my car, called Andy on a Sunday, and he was there to answer the phone and help me out until he was in the office Monday. Great guy to have as an insurance agent!

On a personal level, you won’t find a better guy, Andy is a boss. (ie. Incredibly Awesome) Professionally, him and his agents have your back and can find the right insurance plan (s) for you and not just the right ones for their own bank accounts.
