Burger King

I thought the neighboring McDonald’s was bad… Until I visited this Burger King… This place is absolutely horrible as a chain restaurant it does not deliver on its customer service… Are it’s claim to be a fast food restaurant seeing on How every time I go here they have me wait in the parking lot for up to 10 minutes to receive a order that is not at all correct… good luck

0 STARS! went thru the drive thru last night paid with a 100 dollar bill our order was only $ 9 and some change the girl only gives my back $ 85 my receipt said my change should have been $ 90.32 when I asked her for the other $ 5 she didn’t count my change right she yelled to her boss that I said I was missing $ 5 (no you didn’t count right the register and receipt tells you how much change) then after being in the line for already a good 10 mins manager want to come to the window asking me to park while they count their drawer i said no just return this give me my $ 100 back and I’ll be in my way. Im not gonna sit there while you see your worker don’t know how to count that’s not my problem. I will never go back customer service is terrible. I mean I paid with a $ 100 wtf do I look like taking $ 5 bill out the change and asking for it. I just didn’t get it. And I have my 12 year old son next to me the whole time I’m being excuse of taking $ 5 out I mean really?

Who writes a review about a fast food restaurant, right?! Me. The BK is half-​way between Antioch and Oakley in the K-​Mart shopping center. The burger I got was pretty good. Nice and warm; I could tell it was fresh.
My only complaint was that it took a while for them to prepare it. I guess I’m only used to In-​N-​Out taking a long time to prepare a burger. It’s not really a complaint, more my being surprised than anything else.
