We **used** to stop here during runs around the Fox Chain O’ Lakes, buy things from the store, take a break from the water, etc. That is, until today. We pulled to the docks to take a break, we wanted ice cream and needed ice. My wife, her sister, 2 nieces went to the bathroom. The owner (the woman, who we never see there) came out and harshly scolded them for using the bathrooms, stating they are for customers. My wife was frazzled, I went and talked to the woman. She basically said our 21 ft with 6 aboard a huge boat of people, we’re filling her septic tank and her «customers» can’t use the bathroom. Apparently 4 people using the bathroom is too much for their facilities. I don’t know what the minimum purchase is to use their bathroom but apparently we fall short. We’ve been stopping there for 3 yrs since we started using the chain again. This was the last stop. Her husband and their daughter are nice, but this was such a rude BOATER/​BUSINESS UNFRIENDLY move we would never go back for anything. THANKFULLY most businesses on the chain are boater friendly, unlike CJ Smith, so we just go to someone who wants business.
If every business owner on the chain acted like her, the place would be a ghost town.
