I was in Antioch, TN, and I typically see Cotton tow trucks in the area. I thought this would be the best place to call to have my car towed. I called at 4:51pm on February 10^th. The young lady I spoke with stated I would have to wait an hour. I gave her information on where the car needed to be picked up and where it should have been dropped off. The lady I spoke with told me it would be 115 dollars. When I called back at around 6pm, the young lady that answered the phone had no record of me calling. If I’m calling to have my car towed, I couldn’t be in the best mood. This made my mood worse. I needed my car to be towed to Firestone by 7 pm. It could’ve happened if Cotton didn’t employ such incompetent people.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING COTTON.

Wow I just used cottons for a non insurance tow of my tractor out of a bog in the middle of my yard. Now they thought I meant a semi tractor so they sent an oversize tow truck but the guy driving it was pretty smart as he saw my tractor situ and called for a smaller tow truck on the basis that if it sunk in the mud like my tractor had he would be able to pull it out from his position on the road. Well it all played out exactly like that, my tractor was in deep but the smaller tow truck pulled it out, then the larger truck pulled the smaller truck out. This company have the right equipment in the hands of experienced professionals who got the job done. I will use them for all of my towing needs in future.
