Inside Out

I was extremely disappointed with my service with Inside Out Eco-​Wash. I made an appointment and was told that it would take 30 – 45 minutes to wash the car. I waited in the waiting room and my car wasn’t finished for 2 hours! Then I was told to contact the owner to get a free wash due to the slow service but he wouldn’t respond to any emails. I would never bring my car back here nor recommend it.

I purchased an online deal for half off of an express detail for my car a few months ago and recently cashed it in at Inside Out Eco-​Wash! I am so glad I did.
First, it’s a little confusing that they’re «mobile.» For example, I used my coupon by parking my car at a small auto dealership in Franklin, but I think they offer services in downtown Nashville as well. I waited on a comfy couch (with wifi!) in the dealership. But! I had extremely friendly service, coupled with an AMAZINGLY clean car. I paid a few extra bucks to have a scratch buffed out and was also charged a few bucks for the cubic ton of dog hair I had coating my passenger seat (seriously. I am not even mad they charged me for it because I’m so glad it’s gone!)
The owner is really friendly and explained the steam-​based eco-​washing process and his goals of eventually expanding the business with a permanent location and extended services of oil changes and dent repair. We even got into a chat about how robots are taking over the world. All in all a great experience.
Pro tip: listen to them when they tell you to keep your windows rolled down to let the seats dry! I did not heed this warning and ended up with a weird smell for a few days.
