Laser Advantage of East County

I had an appointment scheduled. Then the receptionist called and ask what my skin type was meaning what is my ethnicity. I told her asian. Then she cancelled the appointment saying that they will be going out of town and will not be back in a few weeks. I haven’t even attempted to call back for an appointment. I love in Antioch and this is the only place that pop up on google. There’s not a lot out here.

I just got out of my 4^th tattoo removal session, I’m almost halfway there! Each appointment I’ve had with her is only ten minutes long — Marty is quick and efficient at what she does not to mention she’s very sweet! I HIGHLY recommend them for any tattoo removal you might need! Thanks Laser Advantage of East County, keep doing what you’re doing =)

I got some tattoo removal done here a few years ago. Was done very good, cant even notice there was anything there. Price was reasonable.

So this is in reply to who commented on my review. Also I used to live in San diego but not anymore my parents house is in brentwood. You are a liar and that is total bullshit because I have the receipts and everything else to prove otherwise, so don’t try to play that game with me because I can prove it… STOP trying to CHEAT PEOPLE… My father Surinder Kumar Ahuja paid for it.
Like I said for all people reading this I have proof of payments I made to them and I have another friend Kiran Boparai who went there and the service did not work for her either and now they are even saying they dont have me on file. GREAT ! Thanks for nothing! You zipped me off my money and now you call me a liar. I think you need a lesson in customer service 101.

I have been coming to Laser Advantage since 2008 for botox. I have never had any problems at all. I have also referred several friends here and they are regular customers as well. The staff is extremely nice and the prices are competitve. I will continue to refer people here.

Arrived on time or early for every appointment only to be left waiting twenty full minutes for the «technician» to arrive. This happened each and every time. Paid for five underarm treatments; was not completely hair-​free so they offered two more treatments at a discounted price. Still not hair free after an eighth (and full price) treatment. Will not go back and am hoping there is a more qualified company in East County to remove unwanted hair via laser.
