Cannot say enough good stuff about Anthony and Ismeralda. Absolutely great service and even worked with us to wait for us to get finances together. Car came out better than we expected considering the damage done in an accident. Awesome work!

Absolutely stunned on how great my car turned out! I was not expecting as great of service as I received due to some reviews but this shop is definitely under rated. I was greeted when I entered the office and the depth of explanation for the car pricing and process was appreciated. Anthony is the gentleman that assisted me along with Esperanza. I will be referring people to the shop and I will be a return customer if anything unfortunate happens to my car again!
And for any interested customers please review your contract when signing!!! Clearly CeCe didn’t care to read what she signed and was unhappy due to her own blindness. Should have bought the gloss and I believe the dogs name is Bondo? From what I remember. But he’s a stunning dog and wouldn’t even come out for me to say hi! Not an aggressive dog what so ever as it looks! He’s very shy and doesn’t come it much. Absolutely hate people making false accusations on animals!!! What a liar she is!

Before Christmas we dropped our car off to have some work done. Anthony and his team were the best. Everything was done on time and the car looks like new. Anthony gave us a great deal. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I took my vehicle to Maaco a month ago. I was told they would have my car for less than 1 week. They have not made any effort to contact me to tell me they need my car longer than expected and why. Everytime I call I’m told it will be another day or two. I still do not have my car or any idea when it will be ready. Horrible customer service. I will never take another car to Maaco.

I have never had such a great experience ever with a collision center! My boyfriend has a 2005 Scion XB that he’s been dreaming of redoing as it was his best friends that passed away. He took it down to Mike’s Auto Body and they totally blew us off. They recommended that we go to Maaco as if it were a bad thing. They couldn’t have done us a bigger favor! Anthony is a great guy and highly professional as well as his staff. Customer Service was 100% from the time we walked into the door, from the updated phone calls, as well as the time we walked out of the door. I would highly recommend Anthony and Antioch Maaco to anyone looking for a great paint job! My boyfriends car turned out amazing with all the body work, and fresh black paint job. Looking forward to recommending this place, and bringing in a couple more of our vehicles! You definitely couldn’t go wrong coming here!

I could write a long story about our 3 cars taken into this branch of Maaco and how bad our experience was, but I know that there are only a few things you do need to know.
1.It is possible to get a good job done but our experiences have been 1 which was good and 3 that were lousy. That’s not a good business risk.
2. Anthony is a LIAR and he is charming until the point of problem. Then he lies, never makes or returns calls and he outright told my son that he rushed a poor job through because I his mom, was yelling at him. Absolute liar!
3. There is no integrity at this branch whatsoever. Do not go. The new Maaco at Concord had us deal with the owner. He repainted a botched job and was good to his word. But I hear Anthony’s fiancé is there now. She advised my son he could get his new paint job waxed within 30 days of the paint job being done. This is NOT true! My advice, go somewhere else and save yourself potential stress

First off, Anthony Hernandez was very knowledgeable about all phases of painting and body work. That within itself made me feel comfortable about leaving my Mercedes
Benz S500. I was told that my car would be ready in 7days and it was done in 6days. The paint job looked better than the factory paint. The color was rich and the clear coat was sparkling. Anthony delivered exactly what he sold. We are very pleased with our car and would recommend this Maaco location to anyone that want a quality paint job for a very fair price. Thank you again Anthony! We can’t wait to see how our Suburban comes out.

Dropped over four panels for my motorcycle in September. Was told to come back in three weeks to pick them up… when I showed six weeks later, they weren’t done. Owner asked for my bid sheet. Informed him that none was ever given to me. He prepared one, apologized for the inconvenience and told me they would be done by the follow Saturday. Returned that following Saturday… NOT DONE! Spoke with an employee who told me to follow up with Anthony. Left my number, Anthony never called. Went back in two weeks later, Anthony was very apologetic, told me that they «got a new guy» and that he would make sure they were done. Returned on 1/3…not done. Returned on 1/​10, not done. Returned on 1/​17, not done. Returned on 1/​23, not done. The same happened all throughout the month of February, NOT DONE!!! I thought that perhaps if I paid them upfront that would motivate them to get them taken care of. Informed Anthony at that time that they absolutely needed to be done by Wednesday Feb 19^th as we were going on a trip and would be taking the motorcycle. Showed up at the end of the day… NOT DONE. Told Anthony that I was very disappointed and that he needed to make sure that he got them done. He promised them to me on 2/​22, I told him he could have until ²⁄₂₆ to give him some more time. 2/26…not done. Today was the end of my patience… again NOT DONE! At this point, I asked for them back, he told me that he couldn’t give them to me because they were wet, «he’s painting them now.» I told him I didn’t care, «GET THEM.» He informed me that by taking them wet, I would be causing more damage… I asked to speak with the manager. He invited me to sit and wait for two hours as the manager was unavailable. I asked him to contact him on his cell phone, he told me he couldn’t as he was attending religious services. I asked him to refund my money, he wouldn’t. Because they had 7 months to work on the project and still could not get them done, I was not going to leave them for another minute… wet or not. I insisted he get them, which he did. I now understand why he didn’t want to give them to me… it wasn’t because they were wet… it’s because they were loaded with dust as they had apparently been sitting for the entire time I had been waiting for them.
I am still waiting for my phone call from the manager. I have still not gotten my refund.
I HAVE HAD WORK DONE HERE BEFORE AND WAS VERY PLEASED IN THE PAST. HOWEVER, MY THREE MOTORCYCLES, AND 11 CARS WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I went to maaco for the first time. I had my bumper on my 370z repaired and painted. Anthony did a excellent job. They have excellent customer service. I usally don’t write reviews, but I had such a good experience with them. I will defenaitly will go back if I need any repairs in the future.

Took my car here to have fender repaired and paint the whole car. Dropped it off on a monday right at opening. they said fender was repairable and it would take 2 weeks to paint and fix fender. Price was $ 900. Was very pleased with quote.
I called a couple times to check up on car. Each time the lady who answered said she would have «Ahmed» call me back with an update. Never once received a call. Finally 2and a half weeks later I get in touch with Ahmed. This exactly what he says «oh oops, forgot to call you. By the way, you need a new fender». I asked if they had started sanding it and he says «nope». Told him I’m coming to get my car back. He says go ahead it’s here.
I get there and they have my car parked up front. They didn’t even touch or attempt to fix the fender. And the car was very dirty. Mud spots on the hood and my seats had shoe prints on them. I told him and he said he’d waive the body work fee of $ 475. I laughed and said you guys didn’t do any body work. Grabbed my keys off counter and walked out. Never ever will recomend this shop or come back for any kind of work. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau and sent them pics of foot prints on seatand my hood.
Please stay away from this place. Their prices are cheap but there’s a reason why.

I am absolutely so happy with the service i received from this location. A gentleman by the name of Anthony was so pleasant, extremely helpful and a man of his word. EVERYTHING he said they would do they did and he made sure i was satisfied.
I only brought the car in for a paint job I didn’t need any body work or anything.
My car looks great. My friend thought i had gotten another car.
The location was clean, with coffee brewing and all of the employees i came across while there were extremely polite & professional.
I am so glad i went here. Thank You to Anthony for being such a professional and honest guy (it goes a long way).

I have been ripped off twice on my body work of my car by private shops. I took my 2006 Honda civic to Maaco off a suggestion from an overpriced body shop in the area. I was WOWed by the customer service from Anthony and Ahmad. They gave me a great deal that made up for the two people that ripped me off. The body work and paint job that they did was AMAZING. My car looks brand new and I fell back in love with my car. The work was so good I referred my dad to get his 2005 350z Nissan to get work done. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

Excellent job painting my Miata! Made it look like it just rolled off the showroom floor! They even fixed a license plate bracket that was broken when it came in. I highly recommend the folks in Antioch — Ahmad did an excellent job setting my expectations, as well as walking me through the process.

This place creates wonders! Amazing Amazing service, I took my 2000 BMW which had fading paint all over, the manager Ahmed made realistic suggestions about paint quality and cost. Picked up my car last Friday and I am loving it, it actually looked as if I had just purchased it.
