Don’t believe everything you read on Unilocal.Some people just need to be heard.
I was referred to Dr. Dubuk for a possible gum grafting. She monitored any changes for a year and ultimately told me the procedure was not necessary at this point. She and her was super professional, genuinely concerned and honest.
The staff even referred me to a different periodontist closer to where I live to keep monitoring the situation.

Dr Dubuk is very friendly, professional, & meticulous! Her staff is also very courteous & effecient. They were able to accomodate my hectic schedule & have so far done an excellent job restoring my oral health. I highly reccomend Dr. Dubuk’s services!

am thouroughly disgusted in the way i have been treated at this office. The manager kim is the most unprofessional person ive ever encountered in health care services. I went in for a «free» consult (that i later was billed $ 150 through my insurance for) for treatmentment i told the doctor i could only do if my insurance covered it. I was assured and signed forms saying i was covered at 80% so i completed the one hour procedure. 7 months later they came after me for the entire balance saying my insurance didnt cover this after all. i work in the dental field so i know how this all works and was upset they were treating me like a low life when i couldnt pay the balance. they sent me to collections immediately eventhough i had explained my circumstance and when i called to dispute the balance they were claiming and set up a payment plan, the office manager called me «tacky» and told me i «should be embarrassed of myself!» I have never been sent to collections for anything, and have certainly NEVER been spoken to in this manner. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this money hungry team of rude people. Get a referral to Dr. Michaud if you need to see a periodontist because they are in it to make patients better– not all about the bottom line like these folks.

I’ve seen Dr Dubuk on several occasions since 2004 for issues my normal dentist doesn’t deal with. Dr Dubuk is amazing. The staff is friendly and very competent. My most recent visits were for a bit of gum surgery. It consisted of several appts pre and post surgery. The surgery took about 1.5 hrs. I was never in any pain whatsoever during the procedure and during the week after while the healing process took place. Dr Dubuk was very thorough, explained every step before, during and after for the post care. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any periodontal issues.
