I have had personal and confidential information that should have Dr. patient privacy protection, revealed in the waiting room in the presence of other people by the RECEPTIONIST Cathleen. I am going to file a complaint with Hippa. Since this has happened on more than one occasion I feel compelled to move forward with protecting my rights.

I wouldn’t trade him for any other doctor, I’ve never came across such an amazing individual! I’ve been going to him for about 8 – 9 years now, he’s very thorough & takes his time talking to you. Not to mention he has the most beautiful wife helping him in the office that makes everyone feel welcome! :)

My family and I have been Dr. Clarke’s patients for years now, and I wouldn’t go to another family doctor. He is a true professional, and yet he is very personable with a good sense of humour. His staff is always ready to accomodate me when family emergencies arise. Dr. Clarke is the best.

Dr. Clarkee really is a great Doctor. I have been going to him for a few years now and I have always been greatly impressed with his expertise. Unlike a lot of doctors, he actually listens to you, he always asks all the right questions and you actually get the since that he generally cares. He’s also always seems to be right on the dot with what’s going on, or what would work best for the current condition whether being sick or so forth . There new office is located off of Hillcrest Dr. in the Hillcrest business center. The office is small but nicely decorated and very well kept. They also have a spa division on the right side of the building where they do facials, waxing, massaging and so forth. So far, I’m very satisfied and don’t have any reason to find another doctor.

They filed my insurance claim incorrectly and would not correct it. The insurance company said Dr. Clarke’s office needs to talk to the them directly as they are the only ones that can correct the treatment code and their tax ID number. The insurance company said the two problems with the claim were(1) the doctor’s office used the wrong tax ID for the address, and(2) used the wrong treatment code for a routine physical. When I wrote and stated unless this can be corrected, I will need to see another doctor, they contact the pharmacy cancelling all of my refills on my high blood pressure medication(which had remaining refills). Thus, instead of correcting the issue that cost me financially, they decided to drop me as a patient and cancel my prescriptions.
